Yes, it was a fun, windy day
Obviously you don't have a clue of how to use that Teapot. You put the infuser in the pot first. (Wrong) Now you have the infuser touching the bottom of the pot. (Wrong) Put the Ring Plate First then slide the infuser in to place. Now the infuser will not touch the bottom of the Pot allowing the water to flow through the bottom and sides of the infuser properly. Read the Instructions please.🤔 It is also better to heat the water separately and then pour the Hot Water into the infuser with the Tea in the infuser to fill the Pot. 🤔

Hi, I was wondering when I’m using this carpet cleaner, the small bottom behind the handle doesn’t seem to use much solution or if any at all… I was wondering if you could advise please. Thanks
Hi, are you talking about the soap solution? If that's the one, try and remove it from the compartment and see it if there's anything blocking the solution. Otherwise, it should be okay. Compared to the other vax cleaner that I have used, this doesn't use a lot of the soap solution. Hope this helps, good luck.
