    Uuw yess i love this ❤️
    What i learned and make me happy after found ur channel is :
    1. Do what you love in ur journal
    I used to force my self to use 1 ink for 1 journal so it would look consistent, and after watched ur video i realized its OK to use diff ink, and yours is so beautiful, so now i really enjoying using diff colors of ink in my journal, LOVE IT ❤️
    2. Without drawing or stickers or washi, journaling can still look gorgeous, personally i really like the vibe of ur journal with lots of writing, and i only realize it now
    3. Its ok not to write neatly and its ok to write on the bed on the table, anywhere, u made me realize that its OK. And i really like that. So i put my all in my writing base on my mood that day, and its makes me want to write more ❤️
    Thankyou so much for all of ur journaling video, it REALLY HELP ME A LOT ❤️❤️
    (Sorry for my english im not good at it)

    Hello, just a heads up those are not facial wipes they have rubbing alchol in them which can irritate sensitive skin please don't use them for make-up removal or cleansing or such. We use them for hands mostly after meals when eating out. They get rid of grease and oil. But they do smell amazing it's my favourite brand too!
    And I love your journals, I prefer smaller ones but journal pretty much the same way. Just writing with my favourite ink and fountain pen, maybe I'll stick something here and there. I like to think of it as recording my own history😊

    Great video. Your journals are so inspiring. I have always tried to make my journals a little bit aesthetic, but as I write more I am trying to do less of the that, and do more of what I enjoy which is write. Its helpful for me to think that the journal is for me and me only; they don't need to look like the journals you see on pinterest and instagram so much. Also, I do not know what I have would have done if I had started journaling more over covid. I subscribed to you!. Hope your week is going well and ya'll are staying safe from covid.

      I have something called hypergraphia. It’s a type of ocd- obsessive need to write ✍🏻 and the compulsion pretty much has taken over my days and nights. It’s not fun all the time. Sometimes I want so desperately to stop, but I can’t. I’ll be doing another video very soon talking about hypergraphia and how I deal with it daily. I’m glad you liked my video. Thank you for watching!

  • @tammyd4208
    @tammyd4208 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    Amazing! I’m so inspired. I was all set to start my cafe notes nanami journal but decided to wait. I jumped into my new Tekukor Tomoe River Paper journal with blank paper. I was going to just use it for handwriting practice but decided to use it for journaling too. I’ve not used an unlined journal in forever but I’m liking the freedom of it so far. We’ll see as I use it more regularly. 😉 Besides the issue of the Leuchtturm being plain, unlined how did you like the paper? Did it come with a line spacing guide?

    • @TheGingerNinjaJournals
      @TheGingerNinjaJournals  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The Leuchtturm didn’t come with a line spacing guide. I just opened my last one, a yellow one to use as a journal for a book I’m reading, but other than the pages being blank, I like the B6 Leuchtturm just fine. I need to try a Tekukor too!! Need to put that on my list as well. ☺️

    • @tammyd4208
      @tammyd4208 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@TheGingerNinjaJournals sweet! I don’t think the Tekukor is as good of quality as Nanami cafe notes or even Leuchtturm notebooks, but I am kinda okay with that. I wanted a journal I could play in and not feel it was too precious to make mistakes in 😂, so it’s a way to ease into my other journal notebooks I have stashed, a stalogy and the nanami cafe notes. Love seeing all your journals,
      pens, and inks. I had added a message to you on another post, I don’t think you saw it though. I was talking about how teary I got ending my last journal, some very big things happened to me that I journaled through, so it was hard to let go and start another journal. Have you ever felt emotionally attached to one or a few of your journals?

    • @TheGingerNinjaJournals
      @TheGingerNinjaJournals  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@tammyd4208 oh yes. I have one particular journal where while I was in it we learned a very horrible thing that our oldest daughter had gone through and never told us. She’s 15. You might be able to guess. I poured my soul into that journal. I ruined pages with ink and tears, ripped out pages in anger and then taped them back in. It’s been two years and that’s the one journal I’ll never share on here. It’s WAY too raw and even just holding it fills me with sorrow and rage. I believe we leave bits of our spirit energy in every item that we handle or exist with daily that’s precious to us. All my journals are precious to me, but THAT journal will always be one I want to burn, but also keep forever, if you know what I mean. She’s okay now. Still in therapy and since we homeschool now, she’s safe, knows she’s loved and that we’ll keep her that way.

Love is always the most powerful. Thank you for sharing your life and being so deeply raw and personal. 💕💕💕

    I am curious as to how you come back to all the paper you don't use in these notebooks? Do you use it for art projects or to-do lists? Or do you just end a journal when it feels right, rather than when the pages run out? :)

      Anything and everything that goes through my head, exactly as it comes. It’s not all prolific words. It’s primarily me writing about each and every little thing that happened during the day. Things that are stuck in my head. Emotions I’m trying to process. Everything goes in my journal. Boring and not so boring.

    Glad to stumble across a video of journals that feature writing more than art! As much as I would love to be an artistic journaler, I am more of a writer, so I reserve most of my crafting and art supplies for scrapbook-type journals and keep it simple for journals where I write down thoughts and experiences. Nice to know I'm not the only one that fills up multiple journals in a year!

    Plain writing to me is way more aesthetic and inspiring than scrapbooks or journals full of stickers. I pit the photos i take or are taken of me to give some visuals to what im talking aboit but I dont like decorating, i use backgrounds with acrylics on some paages nd thats it. But most of it is writing the highlights of my life so i dont have a lot. The same journal can last me 2 or 3 yrs on average.

      I can definitely appreciate that. 😊 I think back in February I ran out of little pictures to glue in, and I didn’t want to waste anymore ink because I use it to print out my girls homeschooling worksheets too, and it’s actually made my journaling feel a bit more “freeing” in some sort of way. How do you do backgrounds with acrylics? Do you journal over it too?
