      Kan du ha en video hvor du viser alt du gjør før en konkurranse? Uten timelaps, hvor du viser alle tøyeøvelser, og nesten ikke klipper noe?

      What was this workout actually for? I mean which aspect of the race it is training? I thought for endurance 100 to 200% of the distance was needed. Like for 100m athletes 150 to 200m repeatations of 4 to 5

    Do you guys lift and sprint in the same day or is it Separate. And if you guys do it in the same day would it be like sprinting in the morning and lifting later or you sprint first than right after lift.

  • @jaymills1720

    Awesome! What’s your thoughts on HS sprinters running repeat 200s-500m at 70% effort for repeats for aerobic fitness in the 400? Good or bad?

    • @hovejoha
      @hovejoha  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      500m is too long to be beneficial for me, but might work for others. I run 200-300ms at 70% myself for aerobic conditioning in the offseason. But I don't do it too much and watch out so it is not too hard.

    • @jaymills1720
      @jaymills1720 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@hovejoha Mathias! Thanks so much. Tony Holler is an American coach who says 400m runners should never do 200-400 reps at 70-80% and only fast 30s and sometimes 1-2 fast 200s. I disagree with him and think aerobic is needed. Thanks!

    What is that surface where u train? What we called

    • @hovejoha
      @hovejoha  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have no idea what it is called, but it's a mutli use track surface for lots of sports. We need to use sort of flat ended spikes instead of pointy ones.

      I'd call it a "relaxed max" with a technical focus.
      But in run #13 of 2.89 for example I was pretty much going all out, the following two times increased a lot because of that (2.93-3.01).

    The Gospel: We sin against God and for our sins we deserve hell. We fall short of God’s perfect standard for heaven. But the good news is we have a way to be forgiven, that way is through Jesus. Because he loved the world, he came, lived a sinless life then died on the cross for our sins, paying the price which is death. He was buried and rose again on the third day. Through Jesus we can be forgiven of our sins. If we put our faith in him we will be saved ✝️

    this is way too much. for most people.
    If the speed/time is less than ~95% it's probably not so helpfull.

    • @hovejoha
      @hovejoha  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah I said in the video you should start out at 3x3x60m for example and work up. Make sure the quality does not drop too much.
