Parachutes aren't completely terrible if you use 2 at a time. Using 2 Parachutes balances them out better. I only used them for longer sprints. A less steep hill is still better, but Parachutes are serviceable if you want resistance for top end speed. The resistance feels similar to a light sled once you're at top speed.
Another thing I'll mention is that the weighted vest pairs VERY WELL with the hill. I've used hills + vest for sprints 30m or less to really good results.

I agree. As someone who is getting on in my years, sprinting uphill for short distances is a great way to stay in shape, but also avoid the impacts related to deceleration. Braking is the part that creates the most wear-and-tear.

1x2 times per week one month i use the 10x10 on a hill great workout. I hate tempo workouts but these 10x10 Are fun
