I see a ton of comments that show that people didn’t listen or watch til the end. Guys, I was a bit confused too, until the end when they clearly stated that the material they used from another LV bag for the patch was not an exact match, which is why they patched it they way they did… and that the client only wanted it useable again, she was not asking for an exact copy of what it originally looked like.

@@agne6772 no, it isn't. good leather is very durable. the thing about leather is that the leather quality in all the videos on this channel featuring fashionable branded leather products has also been clearly inferior. I think I've seen about five objects with bad leather here, all expensive brands including I think a ferrari car seat and several bags, and I've seen one object made of good leather that was a vintage jacket that didn't seem to have any brand name associated with it. it's quite pathetic how today luxury products are of worse quality than average nameless products of the same type 40+ years ago. I'm pretty sure that the quality stuff is still being made for reasonable prices in many countries, but it's not so easy to find because it's not made or sold by big brands with PR departments.

good thing about the original item is that even though it is not well aligned with the pattern, no matter how damaged it is, it is still original 😅 opposite to trying hard replica, no matter how quality the materials used and amount of effort spent, it is still FAKE 🤣🤣🤣
we’re talking about the brand, not the materials 😂

What a shame all that work and she wouldn’t be able to authenticate it should she want to sell it which means she technically wouldn’t be able to.

If you can afford a LV bag, why wouldn’t you just get a new one instead of having a repaired LV bag that has bits “like” a LV bag.

I rather buy a new LV than repair it. Esp. if it will cost more for repairing it.

Yeah let's restore a 25$ bag, which is sold to degenerates for 15,000$, instead of putting it in trash where in belongs brand new 🤡
