Yep, that’s where I wanna be if ever I need to be in residential care! Great video and so helpful to students like me learning how to lead within healthcare systems.

This is so beautiful -- thank you, care providers and administrators, for the modeling you're doing for so many others.

I think it is great if they can live with family but this is really awesome too.

To me this is the normal approach, not expecting people to live in a regimented place where they are simply acted upon - hooray for commonsense

Thank. For. Take. Care. And. Really. Care. We. All. Going. There. One. Time. Bin. Our. Live. Blessing

Wonderful model but seems to overlook fundamental principles of economics. Customized care for every resident costs more in terms of time, and therefore in terms of wages. So, it may be a better model in terms of resident satisfaction but it costs more, consumes more resources. June 2023 nursing homes monthly rates are approximately $8K, or $96K per year. Standardization and automation of care is one realistic way to not increase costs. Person-centered care goes the opposite direction in service efficiency terms and leads to higher expenses.

What a sad comment about the value of humans. Respectfully also a flawed belief. In the long run customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to success in any business model not reliant on "hand outs" to subsidize poor business practices.
