I spent a few quiet days in nature in the beginning of March foraging for wild garlic in an ancient woodland in Oxfordshire. This was my first experience in wild foraging, and I thought I'd share my ideas with you.
I'm also sharing wild garlic pesto and wild garlic salt recipes in this video, in case you decide to forage too and don't know what to do with it!
