They met on Bosom Buddies in the 80s and didn't get married til 1988- Hanks was still married in their 1st movie in 1985 - so it doesn't count--even though he knew he loved her when he saw her on The Brady Bunch in the 70s

As we got lesbians like Mulan, Ruby/Red Riding Hood and Dorthey, we never got any gay men on the show. This is also the FIRST time where true love isn't always about romance, it can b about family and the kiss isn't always on the lips, like Emma waking Henry in s1 finale. Without that, Maleficent 1st film wouldn't have gotten that; and I guess for Frozen, an "act" instead of a kiss.

And OUAT took a serious nosedive after season 3A, never even addressing the unfortunate implications of rape in many cases (Regina and Graham - which they did but it was cut, Zelena and Robin, and Hook2 and Mother Gothel), among other things.

When the Doctor (David Tennant) married the Doctor's daughter (because her dad is Peter Davidson who played the 5th Doctor), who had played the Doctor's daughter (Jenny) & then gave birth to the Doctor's daughters (all 3 of them). :)

So, based on the comments, I'd say there's a good chance that this list will have a part 2. That being said, I'm throwing my own couple into the mix: Michael J. Fox and Tracy Pollan. They are a true Hollywood couple to be impressed with. I find it disappointing that there are couples on this list whose relationships were less than praiseworthy, while this couple that models what a real successful marriage looks like (much like Hugh and Deborra), gets left out.
I'd like to see a part 2. She says she won't count it if they didn't get together on the project and she includes Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams when they did not get together on the set of "The Notebook". She says he ended up with Eva Mendez in passing when he and Eva had been together more than twice as long as he was with Rachel and had 2 daugthers and they are still together in 2023.

But my favorite Hollywood love story is Vanessa Redgrave and Franco Nero; they fell in love on the set of "Camelot" in 1967, had a son, spent the next several decades being on again-off again (with Redgrave refusing his marriage proposals several times), before finally tying the knot in 2006.

The 1985 miniseries "North and South" resulted in not one but THREE marriages: James Read (George Hazard) to Wendy Kilbourne (Constance Hazard), Jonathan Frakes (Stanley Hazard) to Genie Francis (Brett Main), and Lesley-Anne Down (Madeline Fabray) to N&S cinematographer Don Fauntleroy. All 3 marriages are still going strong!
I'd like to see a part 2. She says she won't count it if they didn't get together on the project and she includes Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams when they did not get together on the set of "The Notebook". She says he ended up with Eva Mendez in passing when he and Eva had been together more than twice as long as he was with Rachel and had 2 daugthers and they are still together in 2023.
