Bro I think your wrap is spot on I wouldn’t change a single thing. Clean and simple. If you look at some of the biggest companies servicing your area you’ll notice they also keep wraps simple. Go crush it.

A few days things like if you don’t use big tank then maybe get a smaller one. Like a 60 gallon one. Also one thing I learned is that you don’t need a big vacuum either someone smaller will do the job and then same tuning with the extractor. Get the mytee s300 will do the same job as that big one and now you open up to more room

Use a caddy that can hook into the door
Possibly in the future but as of now this setup works for me. I don't have to keep walking back and forth for products. Thanks for the tip!
Great setup. One suggestion though... With gas powered items and extra gas can, get yourself a good fire extinguisher. :-)

why have you held back from hiring someone and expanding?
I’ve hired 2 guys in the past. At the moment it isn’t worth it. Not enough consistent work. If I had an employee my daily revenue goal would be $1,200+ everyday at least 5 days a week.
Maybe 2022 we’ll add someone to the team. Mainly focused on getting a shop first and more clients before making the leap to hire a full time employee.

Put your website on your about section thats your only downfall right now. If your using TH-cam as a marketing tool which you obvisouly use, your website or app needs to be easy access to. Who knows i can be in your area see your video and say hey i want the best package and im 10 min away from you.
Currently working on our website. Trying to launch by January. However we get most of our clients from Instagram/Google and book the appointments ourselves since we are in different areas on different days.
