why are you fast forwarding the video at some points? this is supposed to be a tutorial right? you have to be slow and detailed in everything action you do in the software and the video
You should be saying(or showing on the screen) what are you exactly pressing on the keyboard. This way this tutorial would be actually helpful. :/
I usually say the shortcut once when doing something for the first time. I also put the keys in the subtitles. Which part are you confuse?

Can you please explain how to copy picture as a reference and paste it on Zbrush as a reference
