the amount of adlibs at the end mostly from chenle. his voice sounds so heavenly, and its same with haechan and renjun. 4 rap lines slayed it too. and mind u jisung and jeno are part of rap line but their vocals are so so damn good too. THEY’RE ALL SINGERS INDEED

I’m someone who has a low social battery all the time so I absolutely LOVE all the bright, feel-good songs that NCT DREAM has released up until now. I’ve been a dreamzen since day 1 and I haven’t stopped listening to Chewing Gum until now. Their songs are just sooooooo good I could listen to them anywhere anytime 😭 Broken Melodies is such a feel-good song too I keep replaying it over and over because I just couldn’t get enough of it! I’m in awe everytime Haechan Renjun Chenle open their mouths ‘cause I KNOW their vocal abilities yet I get impressed each and every time they open their mouth to belt those notes
Sameee whenever I feel down I just watch their variety videos and I get my dose of happiness instantly, I swear they are the only group that gives me that kind of feeling
This song is very reminiscent of Hello Future to me, or NCT’s Beautiful, as they all have this ethereal feel. It is what NCT Dream does best, the ethereal sounding vocal tracks. Like 127 does the harder beats with tempo mixups and WayV does the sexy vocal tracks, I love how each NCT unit has their own unique sound, and when they come together in songs like Beautiful it is magic.
I appreciate your discussion on symbolisms especially on purple rain and phone booths as, so far, I have not heard other reactors dwell on that. kudos to the production team and the songwriters for this fine piece.
