Don't forget to tell us you must use genetically modified products for that water to make you a meal! I threw away Bisquick because of their murdering ways and now I take you back to the store for a refund.

This is a great pancake mix. And I've tried just about all the ones that stores have to offer.
I like to cook bacon first and use the bacon grease for my pancakes instead of oil or butter.

Lower your heat. If the top is still too runny to flip by the time the first side is done, your temperature is too high. On my stove, I use gas mark 4.
