@felamarie awww your very welcome. Sorry for your loss❤️. I have an 11 year old chihuahua. Your last sentence makes me emotional because I know I will be so sad when mine eventually passes on. Even tho she gets on my nerves sometimes, she's still my baby.

It actually doesn't matter which way you twisted your starters before you interlock because the interlocked section is separate... the only one that matters is the FIRST pass through going to the side instead of down through the split for your 2 strands imo. [I just started my sister microlocs and that was my only rule for security. I started mine back in summer of 23]
I do a 2 point rotation also but I split my hair in half witj each side going to the center of my head and down in case I can't fit an entire rotation they'll at least be pointed back if they can't be down.
Yeah, I can understand that! With my twist pattern still visible around most of my head, I just continue to follow that pattern. It’s been the routine and it’s imbedded in my mind lol. I’m sure down the road I’ll be only focused on getting that interlocking done Chile!!!😆 Much appreciated!
