I was horrible with Job interviews, I would stutter and I speak pretty clearly… I was a nervous wreck!! But God!! Now that I have a relationship with God I’m confident and have Faith and if it’s God’s will to get the Job I’ll get it! And that’s what happened in my recent interview with Allstate Customer Service Rep position…. that interview went smoothly and I got the Job Praise God!!! One skill Richard has that I am so envious of is his ability to articulate a solid answer seemingly off the cuff. Even watching these tutorials repeatedly, I just don't have the comfort level Richard does in rattling off solid answers to interview questions.

Just gotta give you some credit. Had 2 interviews today, one for Royal Sun Alliance and the other for The National Trust. I watched this video last night and took some notes and when I got up this morning, I watched this again and tried to memorise the notes i made. Had both meetings on Microsoft Teams and The National Trust offered me a job at the end of their interview, RSA rang me 40 minutes after their interview to offer me a job. Thanks for this video.

Amazing resource, and yes, going above and beyond is most important for a successful customer service. For example, I give my personal email address to some of my customers, so they can reach out and speak directly to me if they are not satisfied with the answers of other employees. Hi Richard.. I wanted to let you know I got an employment offer. It’s an Accounting position for a large company. It’s because of your video on salary negotiation that I was offered a higher salary with an annual bonus. I almost fell off my chair when I heard a bonus offer.. 🤩. I wanted to share with you 2 interview questions I was asked, which I’m not sure you covered in any of your videos. What would be your ideal job? If you have 3 tasks that needed to be done before the end of the day, describe how you would go about completing them? I was asked about dealing with a problem coworker and customer/vendor. This is absolute gold. I'm doing my best to translate as much as possible, getting the core of the message across, in Swedish since I have the customer service interview I have tomorrow will be in this language. Over the last 3-4 years - with the exception being these last 2-3 weeks where I've had some input in Swedish haha - 99% of my input has been in English, everything I write for my mental wellbeing has been in English and my inner dialogue has been in English. Safe to say I am able to express myself in English with way more natural confidence. I feel so limited expressing myself in Swedish, it's a limiting language. It's an interesting problem to have as a Swede haha! Wish the interview could be in English but I'm putting in the effort to make it work in Swedish!

Just gotta give you some credit. Had 2 interviews today, one for Royal Sun Alliance and the other for The National Trust.
I watched this video last night and took some notes and when I got up this morning, I watched this again and tried to memorise the notes i made. Had both meetings on Microsoft Teams and The National Trust offered me a job at the end of their interview, RSA rang me 40 minutes after their interview to offer me a job.

Amazing resource, and yes, going above and beyond is most important for a successful customer service. For example, I give my personal email address to some of my customers, so they can reach out and speak directly to me if they are not satisfied with the answers of other employees. I am gonna watch the video again now - it is worth watching several times. By the way, mentioning upsales is so much up to date. Love it.

I never leave comments. Ever. I've been out of work for 7 months and couldn't get an interview. Depressed. I am well educated and have great work experience, so many talents to offer. It’s because of your video on salary negotiation that I was offered a higher salary with an annual bonus. I almost fell off my chair when I heard a bonus offer.. 🤩. This is absolute gold. I'm doing my best to translate as much as possible, getting the core of the message across, in Swedish since I have the customer service interview I have tomorrow will be in this language. Over the last 3-4 years - with the exception being these last 2-3 weeks where I've had some input in Swedish haha - 99% of my input has been in English, everything I write for my mental wellbeing has been in English and my inner dialogue has been in English. Safe to say I am able to express myself in English with way more natural confidence. I feel so limited expressing myself in Swedish, it's a limiting language. It's an interesting problem to have as a Swede haha! Wish the interview could be in English but I'm putting in the effort to make it work in Swedish!

This was Amazing 👏 I was horrible at interviewing I would get nervous really fast either sweat or lose my breath trying to talk fast. After listening and studying your videos In customer service I am more confident going forward In my interviews i was recently turned down for a job I really wanted but the very next day I got a call from another company offering double than the other job that turned me down... Thank you do much for this short video. It put a lot of the main questions into perspective. I chose the first video that came out on youtube and I couldn't be more happier. I watched it twice before my interview. I just finished the interview and the person that did the interview was blown away, she told me several times that she loved every single answer I had my attitude skills and job ethic.
