I've actually watched this build before but it's just so memorizing that I keep re-watching them from time to time

Finding this video 4 years later and hearing all the stuff he's asking for and realizing we have most of it now 😂 I kind of want to see an updated version now in the Snowy Escape world with the new staircases and terrain tools 😂😂

I've actually only started focusing on my Sims' homes aftee watching these videos. They used to just live in square blocks, but now I make an effort!

I feel like too much realism makes the game seem like a chore. Imagining my Sims having to do laundry seems annoying, to be honest. But I wouldn't mind non-interactive washers and dryers, or maybe them being interactive but not really impacting the game (your sims hygiene won't go down if you choose not to use them).

James, you should try and build a castle with a ballroom and dungeons or something idk could be pretty cool!
You should make like a haunted house if you haven't already or maybe a clock tower if that's even possible in the sims. Maybe you could make a mall if that's possible.

You should do a kind of 'hive' build. A futuristic style build, with hexagon rooms and corridors.

Beginning of the year 2019, we do have snow and we do have terrain editing........I genuinely believe this is still 10/10 best mountain.

Here's an idea: boathouse. House boat, whatever it's called. I know you did a tiny house on a lake, but how about try to make it look somewhat like a boat? Should be interesting.

Came back to this two years later, and it's just cool to listen to past James talk about his ideas for vacation expansions and specifically a "tropical place" after present James just finished a Jungle Adventure series. They listen to you.
I am addicted to watching his videos to the point where I feel like I'm cheating on his videos if I watch someone else's... I just feel like his upbeat self helps so much an I literally only use his houses when I play. 💙💙 keep up the good work!!

I have been trying to make a house that has a lot of fungswae or like the amazing Chinese homes you see in movies. Kind of like a zin home with a pool that goes through it. I would love to see you make something like that.

Could you make a Gothic, 'Haunted' Mansion? It would cool if you kill some sims and have a spooky graveyard and ghost around the house. Yes, it's winter (well, for you summer if I am correct), and nowhere near Halloween, but I would love to see something like that. If not, maybe a Victorian home. I only have sims 3 for the Xbox 360, but your videos inspire me. I even have made a two floor version of your Tudor cottage or whatever it was called. I would really appreciate if you could make something that I suggested!
I made a haunted mansion :-) Based on the ride at Disneyland Paris, it should be in the gallery if you want to have a look, there are a few custom content items though so you'll have to tick that box :-) Just type in "Soph-ray-dee" into the EA account finder if you want to have a look :-)

Maureen Well the Sims 3 already did a farm like expansion pack, I think EA should release the Pets pack in a different theme. Maybe like an animal hospital or sanctuary theme?

I think he's already done an islandish build. I'm n mobile or I'd link it but the house was in the middle of a pond and he had a small path out the back as the only way to get to it. It was a small house if I remember correctly (like one of his 3x3 or something similar) builds. I do love the idea of a tropical island build tho... Maybe bring back Aluna Island... Ya know... The island that was going to be finished BEFORE TS4 came out............

It is possible to make a floating house, there just wouldn't be a way to get inside and outside of it

I totally agree that they should add a vacation pack. My favorite thing in The Sims 3 was owning a resort in Island Paradise, and I would love the same idea in The Sims 4!

It's really stunning to look at and see all the screenshots! It also feels kind of cozy and snowy, even though there are no seasons, so good job! I still need outdoor retreat for that stone items, but when i eventually get it, i'll sure build something like that as well! Or use this build and build a bigger log cabin on there, because there sure is room for a ski lodge!

Terrain tools will most definitely be implemented, but it'll probaly be in Sims 5 I'm afraid...
When Sims 5 comes around it'll hopefully be like Sims 3 with Sims 4's improvements in UI and character customization etc.

There's a challenge for you-
Build a Family house- contains everything a house needs and Children's room. BUT do it on a 3 by 7. Two floors if you want. The more children stuff you'll have the better it'll be.
