Sunmi left WG in 2010 but returned after focusing for a few years on her studies and starting her solo career (24 Hours and Full Moon), and when WG returned they did so as a band. If you want something super 80s, give I Feel You a watch, or if you're feeling something reggae inspired check out Why So Lonely! Sunmi released two MVs this year as well, Heroine and Siren, and both still showcase her quirky personality. :)
Wonder girls reformed as a band in 2015, where Sunmi plays bass guitar. Their band songs include "I feel you" and "Why so Lonely".
Basically Sunmi relive Wonder Girls concept... feeling kinda retro and humorous to their music and MVs... I just love her and Yubin still love injecting WG concept in their solo career..
Yubins' Lady and TUSM are kinda retro future in a WG way i would say. Yubin and Sunmi are wonderful artists
Sunmi is just an amazing human all round. Heroine is the song after this but is the prequel to what is happening in this MV. Gashina is a play on words because it means the thorns on a flower or is a question to the departed "why did you leave' ...it also means something similar to bitch i think.
As for Wonder Girls, their final song before they split was 'Why So Lonely' and is a good place to start.

Yeah, Gashina means 'girl' in a South Korean dialect, I'm not sure what, I think it's Gyungsando. So it's a play on words for all three, she mentioned it in an interview.

Sunmi is a weirdo in the best way. All her solo music is quirky and full of word play. Full Moon is an earlier song I think you'll like. And her reunion with the Wonder Girls when they became a band was great. Sunmi is the bassist. There's even a trailer of her playing a piece of music she wrote.
You should check out Taemin, the youngest member of Shinee. He is a very unique dancer in kpop and one of the best. My recommendation is the song Move, he started dancing because of Michael Jackson and you can definitely see it in this mv!
Oh, yes, Taemin is absolutely the best kpop solo artist in my opinion!

Sunmi is from a really old and really popular group called Wonder Girls they recently disbanded sadly but a couple of the members now have solo careers. This mv is great Sunmi is pretty damn quirky so thats awesome u caught on to that, u should check out her other songs "Heroine" and "Siren". You should def check out Wonder Girls in their newer stuff theres only 4 of them and they all play an instrument and do a different decade for each album its awesome. I suggest checking out "Why So Lonely" & "I Feel You". :)

Yeah, Gashina is great, it's one of those iconic songs and this MV is amazing! Have you ever reacted to Taemin? If not could you PLEASE react to Taemin's Move - it's also absolutely iconic. It's like one of those songs which revolutionized Kpop and Taemin is definitely a top class, unique and super charismatic artist. Basically every song he releases is a masterpiece (my humble opinion :)). Also Sunmi and Taemin had a little collab during 2017 MAMA, you should check this out!

Sunmi is my queen forever.
She debuted in wonder girls in 2007 (she was my bias since 2007) but she left in 2010 due to academic reasons, she had her solo debut in 2013 with the song 24 hours. After that she released a mini album which was a great success. She rejoiced Wondergirls in 2015 but they sadly disbanded in 2017. She than went to a different entertainment and she is now the beautiful 4d soloist.

The Metalhead premise is lit. I was legit hard into Tech death metal right before I got into K-pop hard via Blackpink-whistle. Like hard rrpseys that song for a week before I ventured into RV and rip my playlist,it became all kpop within a week lmao

@@Gusmcarthur yess full moon pls! it's her solo stuff when she's still in jyp. Gashina is her first solo after WG disbandment. most people recommend heroine and siren which are her newer stuffs, but you should check the older one too, which make her really famous in the first place.
omg you should really react to her group they are amazing even tho they disbanded!, and you should react to 'why so lonely' by wonder girls!, they played the real instruments live and on the song production too!.

Gus McArthur ah please don't, in reality Jennie's Solo isn't interesting to react to musically, even the video and choreography isn't as fun as I hoped it would be. I love Jennie, but I'd rather see you guys react to other actual solo artists like Minseo, Baek A Yeon, Chung Ha, BoA, and so on. But then again, reacting to Solo might get you guys more subs, and I really want that for you guys, and I know it's all up to you guys and I can't tell you what to do. But as a fan, I'd rather see you react to something else.

You should definitely check Wonder Girls! “I Feel You” is so good, as well as their REBOOT album. Yubin & HA:TFELT (former members of WG) are still active. Yubin has recently released “Thank you sooo much” with an 80s vibe and HA:TFELT has more of an indie vibe with “Pluhmm”. Both worthy watching/hearing!
