@@peterkay3440 Richmond wouldn't even get that choice.
Thanks for the content. Dylan you're the best draft content creator in the country. Really appreciate it. This however was a frustrating watch though as you guys skipped who you think Richmond should take with a number of picks. It would have been good to go through who you think will be available and who you think is best fit at each pick.
I really think Tiges need to go with FOS or Jagga. One of Langford, Smillie, Lalor or Reid will be there for their second and potentially one slip to their 3rd pick. No need to play games here. FOS and Jagga are the clear talents imo. the rest are chasing.
Yeah my take is they should try to get hold of 1 and 2 and go FOS and Lalor. Two most devastating mids. Teams would fear them for years!
@@DylanAlexanderFollowsDraft Do we feel Lalor has the right amount of runs on the board? its a super intriguing draft - they could even swing big with the bigs with pick 6, 10,11. Richmond shape this entire draft. Fascinating.
@@SMac89 it’s a legit question. Does he have the runs on the board? Probably not but we have seen a glimpse of what he can do and there’s not many athletes that have his power. You’re right it’s a fascinating draft!
@@DylanAlexanderFollowsDraft You have fantastic content by the way. Thoroughly enjoyable, knowledgeable and very well presented. Well done!
Need a key position forward, with picks 10 or 11 personally speaking IMO
Lalor is risky - get pick 2 and go O’Sullivan and Jagga and set up your mid for 10 years , 2 potential Brownlow medalists …
Dylan is there a possibility Richmond are using north Melbournes want for lalor to help them trade for pick 2. If north thought Richmond wanted FOS with pick 1 north would keep 2 and take lalor. ( think back to the 2004 draft) Hawthorn knew Richmond didn't like franklyn so left him on the board
If all things landed perfectly it would be:
1. Lalor
6. Langford
10. Travaglia
11. Shanahan
18. Berry
20. J Whitlock
23. Hannaford
24. Trade for future F1
If Richmond is smart they'll offload a couple of picks into 2025, where they will be offered a premum to move back. That is, trade two first round picks from 2024, and they could end up three extra first round picks in 2025. Gain of one... Trade a first round pick and get a first round and a second round for 2025
then in 2025 trade period you consider pushing back into 2026 and you also get extra from pushing back into 2026 too.
Really hope they go Jagga at pick 2
@@Sebsta04 who at 1?
@@DylanAlexanderFollowsDraft Lalor
No mentions of James Barratt, that kid is gonna be a gun. Pioneers mvp too over Travalglia
im tiger fan i want lalor and finn for picks 6 and 11 i feel its win win with north for pick 2
@@andrewgriffiths4167 yeah that’s a potential, I feel they may be able to get it done a little cheaper but 6 will have to be involved!
@DylanAlexanderFollowsDraft if we can get it done with 6 and 18 I'd be so happy
Hey, at least it's sensible and possible.
@@Andy-o2f 6 and 11 will not happen. 3 went for 12 and 14, and 1-6 is not much difference. Good luck
@@pletsas6243 This is a biased and misrepresentative claim. 3 and BAKER went for 12 and 14, so it is not some equivalent deal. There is also a "difference" between picks 1 to 6, so your ability as a draft analyst is utterly shithouse.
If im richmond id stay if the swap is 6 and 11 id only do a deal with 6 and 18
Langford not in your top 3 fkn crazy, what the experts say about Cripps, to slow ect, ends up winning two brownlows, check out what a smooth mover Langford is and check out his foot or hand delivery he never misses his target. then check his possessions. per game better than fos. Could you not imagine langford and lalor in same team. would be insane
No difference to Lalor mate. They are both not pick 1s yes around 5-10 picks 👍 they have afew of these bigger framed midfielders like this draft which is another reason why they shouldn’t be picked as pick 1 steal though Langford good footballing ability. Fucking love to have him at pick 6
Hope north get lalor or osullivan.will phillips wont be at the club next year
Pick Tambling.
Dylan, you're the best of the youtube draft enthusiasts. But you have this strange reluctance to give FOS to Richmond, despite ranking him #1. If Richmond gets 2 they're taking Lalor and FOS.
@@spookavision hey mate! Thanks for the kind words! Yeah FOS is my pick, if I was Richmond I’d take him and Lalor, my reluctance is more about speculating what I think Richmond will do. I think they like Lalor FOS and Jagga and I’m trying to get in their head a bit 😂 I’m FOS at 1 and Lalor at 2 on rankings.
Wouldn’t be bad for Roos to get another mid, highly likely they lose mckercher to tassie.
