      Counsel made a mistake agreeing it was a murder but said Todd didn’t do it. Nobody else had motive , means and opportunity including the son. The thing i do not understand is what exactly killed her. Wouldn’t the rake almost have to pierce her heart? ME said it damaged her liver but that wont kill you in 15 minutes would it?

    Todd is so guilty. No one else was there except for his son. If his son would have heard his mom scream then so would Todd. His internet searches, his cameras being off, his blatant lies on the stand, his whispering "go to h*ll cheating wh*ore" between breaths while he was faking CPR, his deliberate destruction of the crime scene, her friends all saying that she knew Todd was going to kill her -- and more all point to Farmer Mullis as the murderer. Funny that Todd chose "excited" as his adjective after he killed his wife. Definition: very enthusiastic and eager. His son knows more than he's saying but there is no reasonable doubt that Todd is the only one who could have or did kill Amy. This prosecutor did amazing and I hope the jury does the right thing.

    • @misterreyth8805

      "beyond a reasonable doubt" requires critical thinking skills. Not everyone has that. Some people are willing to be swayed by emotion due to this hard working man who was treated so cruelly by his wife. In times past, her crimes would be punishable by death.

      Was she scared of him because her lover convinced her she should be? Most people don’t think, they just start repeating stuff that if totally out of character for the other person because it sounds neat or gets them attention. I’m convinced the lover killed her and Todd was automatically in the frame because of what the lover told her to think.

I don’t care how non-emotional you are. That was cold! It disturbed me seeing it and I don’t know her. I don’t care how many times they show it; if I see someone I love up on the screen in that condition.... I’m gonna look away and you’re going to see how it affects me. My question is. The medical examiner said there are two puncture wounds at upward angle and four wounds at downward angle. If there were two attacks, the two upward punctures must have happened at the first attack. So how could an attack be performed in a way that the prongs ran into her body upward. This just doesn't make sense. The rake has four prongs, if the first attack generated only two wounds in her back which were not lethal, she should have a lot of chance to ran and shout for help.
    Maybe only a theory that she fell on the rake once and tried to get up while fell a second time onto the rake can explain.

      You make a very good point, but sadly the fact is that the level of attraction plays a role in situations like these. There have been multiple psychological studies done to prove that humans are much more prone to listen to and agree with someone who is attractive. Obviously the jury was an exception in this case, but the comments on the prosecutor's looks are telling.

He seemed genuinely distressed on the 911 call. Sounds to me like he says 1 2 3 4. The way the prosecutor made up what she thought she heard him say was so prejudicial the jury may have convicted him on that alone. That reason and ineffective counsel are two great reasons for a new trial

    Did the defense hire a forensic expert regarding the corn rake. Was it empaled where the prongs of raked were in an upward position or a downward position ? That’s hugely important and I’ve not heard a word about this yet. Also, one says pet carrier there, wasn’t there, was there.....,
    So which was it? Was there any blood on Todd? Any finger prints or other forensic findings? Someone said she had a vaginal tightening up surgery? She was supposed to rest, not lift over 10Lbs. Normally if excessive bleeding a person would contact doctor as that’s usually what ppl are told in any kind of surgery. So why wouldn’t she call doctor and go lay down.

    • @coralcashes
      @coralcashes 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I agree. She indicated she specialized in Forensic Pathology, not Forensics Physics. I don't think she's qualified to make the judgement on whether a fall on the corn rake was possible or not. I also find it disturbing that this dude that drove up and turned Trysten away from looking at his mom, then drove him back to the house (in Todd's truck), *and* walked right up to the shed, but not inside is not only very peculiar that he happened to be right there. But that he essentially was ALL OVER the crime scene and vehicle. How can they say they didn't see any other footprints around the shed if this guy walked all around it minutes later?!
