@@bngr_bngr semi steep, sure but that modest steepness would be very valuable in LA. There is a 139million dollar house for sale on maybe 10x steeper lot. Wildly overpriced though.

i didn't like that 60S hippie rooms design , looks like someone throw up in those rooms @0:54 ...if was me buying this place i would tear that up those rooms in sec & redo them all those furniture & floors an all has to go..i would tear the whole interior down...god is AWFUL...who the F was live there
Remove all the art and furniture. Paint all the walls and ceilings boring white. Re-list it. I think the furniture and design elements distract from the house here. I think mot people will find this decor "odd"
