Great location. but insanely expensive. not mutch of a home for 26MILLION . No wonder there is so mutch homeless people in the state with this cost of living
Not worth it. Most days are cloudy and overcast or super intense sun.. how often are you really gonna look at the ocean? Skin cancer is an issue.. I’d move out to Newport coast where you might get more sunny days. Or Irvine where you will definitely be in a milder Mediterranean climate and not in the extreme salty wind or searing sun. I have friends who live nearby on the cliffs and it’s nice but a weird place to live, perhaps for my retirement.. not.
Bruh, really? I live in the same area with same kind of view, I look at the ocean all the time, any time I'm sitting in my living room watching TV, I look at the ocean the same time. Newport and irvine are nice too, but they can't compete with laguna when it comes to real ocean living. Just buy an umbrella and have some shades in your backyard
Camerawork was distracting

It’s spelled much, not mutch.
