These look good for resealing hydraulic cylinders. You still need the sharper ones to ‘stab’ the old seals & o-rings but these would be better when fitting the new ones. The extra length would be handy on larger cylinders, like on excavators etc. They’d be useful running wiring too, I used to do a lot of that, fitting working lights, road lighting kits etc. Hiding the wiring in the frame/body took a bit of ingenuity and careful manipulation!
I like the wiha insulated picks. Not so much for the insulation. I work with 24VDC, milliamp range instrumentation so no concern there. But the slim line “no handle” dipped style is very convenient for finesse prying or pulling on wires. Just feels less clunky than bulky handles. I use comfort grip on 100% of my other tools but on picks I like dipped better.
Im waiting for Tekton to make a long pick set. They frankly have too many options when it comes to pick shapes, but only offer one length. I find their quality unmatched
In every video someone makes a comment about this. It’s a bit repetitive but since you don’t read comments I’ll give you the update. Doc got COVID. I’m sure he is clear more but in recovery mode.
Thanks for the review of the pick/hook set!
Awesome going to add this to my Christmas list

I went to preorder them. The shipping is $10.00 which is half the price of the item. I will wait as I have the long handle Snap On "hockey stick" set.
Nice length and the flat hooks are perfect. That's a good price too. Thanks Doc
Thanks for sharing, I was on the fence about these.

I bet those could be good for getting a stuck case out of a chamber.
Hello again, Doc
Thank you for another Great Video 👍 That's a great assortment to work from. I may have to add to tool box. Again thank you 👌
Those look glorious. These will be great for oil lines on my Harley’s.
Preordered just now. Thanks, Doc.
Thanks for another great video and review brother.
Thanks for watching!

1:40 might as well just go with a 12" cotter pin puller at that point. Such as from Wilde, Proto or Mayhew.
Oh do i see a QD muzzle brake? Got a can?
Sico asr?
What is your caliper brand?
Olsa...same as the picks
