Their rental properties show increasing liquid cash flow. Now we have a bigger workforce and more people competing for jobs. So wages start dropping or at least stagnate, so the people get poorer and the rich get richer. The longer it goes on, the better it gets for those at the top, and the 99% left have nothing.
