    talking about foreign vegetables, you also need cruciferous vegetables for certain functions and deficiencies like thyroid function, detox, shift of bad to good estrogen etc. so probably one must not neglect broccoli, cauliflower, kale, beet tops etc. but can do sometimes.

    drinking water whilst eating will end up weakening the stomachs acidity that is the hydrochloric acid in the stomach hence one must add natural and fresh lemon juice or apple cider vinegar to the water.

    The doc did well but forgot about one thing the rubber in which the koko is packaged must stop.
