Ok, I may have messed up the title, but its fixed now! These two episodes were REALLY good. We liked Zeke's backstory way more than we thought we would. Such an incredible story. I'm not 100% sure if that is the best plan, perhaps there is more we could explore in regards to changing the bodies of the eldian people. Who knows.. All I know is that this can NOT be finished in just 22 more minutes. So we're looking forward to the second half of this season, or the movie whichever they choose. Hope you guys enjoyed!
About levi tho, He was cutting zeke's leg so he couldnt transfrom and he didnt kill him because if he did they wouldnt have a way to use the rumbling as originally planned.He supposedly was carrying zeke to historia to eat.
I think a second part would make more sense than movie. There’s still a lot of story to be told and I don’t think a 2 hour movie wouldn’t be able to close off this anime
Honestly, Zeke is such an interesting character. It just goes to show how badly Grisha treated him, basically brainwashing him to his cause, not even treating him like his son, but rather a way to reach his own goals. Constantly yelling at him. It's nice to see that Grisha learned from his mistakes and never forced anything onto Eren, but still. Zeke's mindset definitely makes sense after this episode.
@@hakgodly7185 My favorite characters are Eren, Reiner, Erwin, Zeke, Levi. What’s crazy is that these are all direct rivals/enemies of each other: Eren with Reiner, Erwin and Levi with Zeke. Goes to show the strength of writing that you connect just as much with the so-called antagonists as you have with the protagonists of the show.
@@FrizFroz Isayama is someone that can take a fodder character and make us abosutely love them just to kill them off and Erwin could've been in my top 3 considering how he would've handled the truth outside of humanity because he was the one that was seeking the truth most but yes Erwin and Levi are definitely in my top 5 and nobody is replacing these goats, I still can't believe Isayama was thinking of giving up on this masterpiece just because the publishers said the art is bad but Isayama proved them wrong with results.
it's not a mistranslation its just weird wording: Zeke plans to euthinize [kill] "Eldia" (the race/empire) by making all "Eldians" (all people of that race) sterile. By sterilizing all eldians, Eldia will be effectively euthinized (put to rest humanely)
Boldcast, Zeke has been longing for family affection. He never had that all his childhood. He's been used as a tool to save and free Eldia from Marley. It's really f**cked up the world they live in. All Zeke wanted was to play with is father Grisha. Right now, the closest family member he has left is his little brother Eren. With that said, yet another 11/10 episode.

Just to clear it up, the MP's having dinner some episodes ago explained that Historia got pregnant *before* Zeke got to the island, which was not part of the plan - The plan was to feed Zeke to Historia and *then* have her bear children.
I think Historia being pregnant made it work even better - more of the military structure had time to drink all the wine and the Civil War had more time to erupt

I don't see this fact brought up that often, so I don't know if it's a well known one : In english, Zeke's name is phonetically transcribed from the japanese pronunciation, but the german spelling of the name is originally "Sieg", and it stands for "Victory". Zeke is the tool to achieve the "Victory" that his parents wanted. Quite litteraly.

Lindsey and Carson: "Why did you do these things Zeke" Ep15: "Well since you asked, here you go" Maybe Zeke didn't trust Eren yet on the Marley, so Zeke wanted Eren to get Zeke into Paradis as a way to prove Eren's self. Also i think the Euthanasia Plan is what Zeke and the former Beast Titan said a way to save future Eldian generations.
Actually zeke didn't initiate the plan in marley because they still need historia to bear enough children to keep enough royal blood titans in arsenal so that the world wouldn't intervene till all eldians die. Which also explains the question carson's been having of why historia is still bearing a child. When they get to the island they will have the rumbling option to hold off enemy nations till the eldians spend rest of their remaining life spans. Historia's children will keep inheriting the beast and eren will pass his titan to a random person and thus maintaining the rumbling power until it is all over
I love how this season has showed us there's no "bad guy" just a bunch of people trying to survive, different perspectives and even if they do fucked up things, no one is 100% bad
Remember that if Zeke is dead, the island is doomed as well. With their attack on liberio the scouts have pretty much been forced to follow along the "partial rumbling" plan which is the only thing the island can do against the whole world who are gonna attack them. Levi was dragging zeke so that he can be fed to another person and possibly to historia so that the conditions for the plan still works and they have something to defend the island with. If zeke is dead then they only have armin to defend the island against the whole world joining in to attack paradise.
The reason why they didn’t change Eldian’s bodies’ structure back then is because Historia hasn’t given a birth yet. Zeke’s plan is letting Eldians die peacefully without being attacked by the world alliance so he definitely need Historia line to threat the world with the capability of the rambling.
i personally think Levi was acting and doing stupid things because he wasn’t in the right state of mind maybe ? like he’s in front of the person who killed so many of his comrades including his best friend so maybe his feelings and emotions were getting the better of him and his wasn’t thinking straight possibly. that’s my take on that 🤷🏻♀️
Both Zeke and Levi acted on emotions, they understimated each other. If Zeke hadn't been suicidal the thunderspear was actually a good idea considering the fact that Levi had no other options. He had to drive the carriage all the way to Trost which means he didn't have any time to make stops to constantly cut of Zeke's limbs, all Zeke has to do is bite his tongue once his body recovers and thats enough for him to turn into a titan. If that happened Levi would be fkd because he can't kill Zeke since they need his powers and he also can't use ODM since there aren't any trees or high objects near. Doesn't matter what desicion he made, all options he had were risky

Levi was fkd either way in this scenario, he only had risky options so he picked the one he thought was best, and it would have been if only Zeke hadn’t gone suicidal mode. 16:04 i think you have just missed the last cut episode 14. Levi keep cutting his leg to keep him energy more focus on healing main body and the damaged body from previous blast becoming slow to heal, so Zeke can't turn into titan and make enough time to transport him.
Do you really think this is Erens plan. Do you really think the same Eren motivated to kill every Titan when his mother died and the same Eren that suggested the idea of killing everyone across the sea at the end of season 3 would accept euthanizing the Eldians. Zeke is a a pacifist so this plan makes sense for his character, however Eren is most definitley not.
There is no way Eren is going to follow this plan, he's definitely playing Zeke so he can use the power of the founding titan to start the rumbling. If Eren actually believed in Zeke's plan then it goes against his character since episode one.
A lot of people seem confused about the word "euthanasia" when it literally just means "to end life in a painless/merciful way". Making all Eldians sterile IS genocide essentially, just an arguably more humane way of achieving it. So idk why the word confuses many reactors when it's a perfect term for it.
Super late to the party but. "Euthanasia" is often used in exchange for "mercy killing"- like for someone with terminal illness. Zeke's plan is really sterilisation. Sure, it leads to death of the whole race eventually, but he's not outright killing them mercifully. It's a long, drawn out process.
Just a note. The series finale is not next episode. There is way too much to cover in 20 minutes. Its not been announced yet, but there is a lot of speculation of a potential season 4 part 2, similarly to how season 3 had a part 2.

Zeke has such an image of his father that to him it is impossible Grisha didnt brainwash Eren the same way. But thanks to the Owl Grisha decided to treat Eren like a son and never even mentioned anything. Eren himself developed his "fight" personality and only after he decided to join the scout Grisha was going to show him the basement and tell him the truth. Grisha did give Eren the titan power by force but I think that was out of desperation after the first attack

I think the translators messed up with the names. Erdia makes way more sense, since erdia souns like erde which means earth in german, and titans are called monsters of earth.

With the pacing they went with this (pretty much faithful to the manga at about 1.6 to 1.85 chapters an episode) and with what is left in the story to where it is currently you would need more than 25 episodes (no joke), so it's either a long whole season, a series of movies like 3 to 4, or cut content to make way for a shorter season or less movies, or the most unlikely case of not continuing it.
25 episodes? This episode 15 ended same as chapter 114 and since the last chapter will be the 139th there's 25 remaining chapters to end the history, which means they can have make a season 4 part 2 with 14 to 16 episodes (keeping the same pacing).
It’s funny how everyone dislike griehsa for the choices he made when he was clueless just like us. I’m sure I’d do the same thing greisha did instead of stay there being tormented and oppressed. Like Levi once said , there’s no wrong or right sides. He just simply goes off by what he won’t regret. & I feel as if griehsa wasn’t a bad person. I think he came from a heart of care. Actually Zeke condition was for historia to bear children after his beast titan was given to her after the rumbling. Meaning that after the rumbling he would have change the body of every Eldians and then Historias wouldn't be able to bear children. But somehow Historia got pregnant before so Zeke can keep being alive.
Part of the plan also involves having the rumbling to deter the outside world for about 100 years, so the people on the island can live out the rest of the life.
from S1-S3, Eren's goal is to find freedom. he always said "because i was born into this world". suddenly now he accepts zeke's plans to euthanize eldians. i think he's just using zeke to grasp founding titan because he has a royal blood. that's my assumption
Ok, so, they didn't activate the plan in Liberio because they needed to attack during the festival, retrieve the War Hammer and get Zeke into Paradis before that. The thing is, once Zeke arrived in Paradis, the military separated them. Another thing is, they didn't want Historia to get pregnant YET. The plan was for her to get the beast titan and then start having chldren to pass them the beast after 13 years. But, for some reason that we don't know yet, Historia got pregnant before Zeke arrived and now they can't feed him to her until she gives birth. The military suspects that Historia got pregnant on purpose to give Zeke time and not eat him as soon as he set foot in Paradis.
They made historia have children so they can't feed zeke to historia. Also yelena/ the yeagerists are the ones that convinced the queen to get pregnant so that the brass doesn't feed zeke to historia like the military guys were talking about in sound argument.

She purposefully got herself knocked up at a time were the paradisian military didn't want her to. Can someone help me with my question on when Reiner returned to Marley to tell zeke. Alright so we saw both Bertholt and Reiner return to Marley to tell zeke about eren but wouldn’t have bertholt been dead already by getting eaten by armin or am I missing something.
It's between Season 2 Episode 12 and Season 3 Part 2, and that was not back in Marley but a patrol ship from Marley docked at Paradi Island. Reiner and Zeke fought over which Anie or Eren first, and Pieck-chan also joined them.
Hange's plan needed Historia to inherit the beast titan, that's they can't kill Zeke. Historia can't do it immediately because she is pregnant. But they should have let someone eat Zeke right after he arrived. Then to decide whenever Historia can eat him. The MP just have no idea what's going on at all.
Levi didn't kill Zeke because a lot of reasons 1 - he didn't have any spinal fluid so he couldn't turn anyone into a pure titan and pass the beast; 2 - he killed all the titans that zeke made it by the yell; 3 - If a shifter dies without passing it to another person, the titan will reborn in another eldian child. but attaching zeke to a thunder spear and not getting far from it was kinda dumb ngl reason number four but it's a spoiler 4 - Ackermans can't turn into titans

Now, while not killing Zeke wasn't stupid, this I agree with. Putting chekhovs missile in him when you know he can't transform anyway unless he's fully healed, and while you know you can take him even if he were transformed.....bad move. I do think Eren is manipulating Zeke though, I don't for a second believe Eren is going to make the eldians infertile. I am confident Eren is fucking with Mikasa and Armin at least, since we know that the owl said "perhaps you can save Mikasa and Armin", that goal wouldn't be sent through time unless he cared.
I get Grisha though like he doesn’t want his son to ever be a slave. He wants his son to live in a world where he’s free and he saw an opportunity for his son to make that actually happen. He should have never pushed his son to be what he wanted his son to be but I do get his view on the situation he was dealt with.
They need to do the mini rumbling first before doing the plan so the world wont attack paradis in the meanwhile, which is why they didnt do it right when they met
The subs are correct. The idea is to remove their ability to reproduce, hence euthanising them peacefully, allowing the remaining subjects of ymir to die off over time until they're all gone. Also i love how clear it is to everyone except the victims of Eren's manipulation that they're being manipulated. First with Floch as you mentioned in the previous episode, and now with Zeke, calling him 'brother' and allowing Zeke to confide in another person besides Ksaver.
@I'm You sure, perhaps it makes more sense, but to my knowledge the official English manga considered it a euthanasia plan. I think a preference to either title depends on what part of the plan you consider more important, the death of the eldians by euthanasia, or the eldians that are “saved” by the sterilisation

The way he puts on this cold character who’s willing to do anything for the better of the country perfectly fits the Erwin sized hole that Floch was now missing. If Eren acted like the person he actually is, a kind and empathetic person who is willing to do these things purely because the love he has for those he keeps close is too large not to, Floch arguably wouldn’t have followed him.

I'd say this cold character Eren plays is not a facade but is now a part of who he is. It's become a coping mechanism to deal with the atrocities he will soon commit. He's essentially gone numb. I'd say Floch and Eren have a mutual partnership. They're simply using one another to attain similar goals. If Eren is manipulating Floch he's arguably manipulating everyone except Historia. But in the end we won't know Eren's true intentions until ch. 139 comes out so we'll see then I guess.

The euthanization plan is the true plan of Zeke and Eren. That plan with Historia is to deceive the paradis and hide their real intentions, because either way the process to both of the plan is to make the yeager brother in contact. Eren and Zeke didn't do it in Liberio, because there's no guarantee that they can control the powers of the Founding Titan immediately, that's why when they came back in paradis, they want to make a test to see what happens when they touch.
It's euthanasia by sterilization. Killing Zeke isn't an option if they want to have another titan to use in the war against Marley. If Zeke died, there is a chance of the Beast titan transferring to a newborn in Marley. Even with how much Levi hates Zeke, he is still objective in his decision to keep Zeke alive.
@BOLDcast I don't know If Isayama gonna go that route to make a attack on titan movie. With episode 16 being the last episode only covers chapter 115 to 119. And you still have chapters 120 to 139 left to cover which 139 is the final chapter to be release next month. Its possible to do a movie but In my opinion, I rather have them just do part B just like they did with season 3.

Ok, Levi did nothing wrong. From the start his only belief was his strength. That's why he was so confident that he could capture Zeke. Levi had too much faith in his strength, that was the only problem he had.
Yeah, besides what Zeke did was almost suicide because despite his titan regenerative powers, he was already badly damaged and had been using a lot of energy to heal the wounds received in the forest apart from his legs (which Levi kept cutting like slices of ham). For all this, it is credible to think that the guy was not going to risk exploding himself into pieces from inside his abdomen when he most likely die without having time to recover. As far as we have seen in the show, never has a titan shifter been able to regenerate from such extreme damage (Reiner's half head is an exception, as it was attached to his titan he was able to make his move to transfer his consciousness and regenerate his head thanks to the body of his titan).
Also, he underestimated Zeke, I think that was the biggest mistake. Zeke underestimated Levi by thinking he wouldn’t kill his titan comrades and Levi underestimated Zeke by thinking he wouldn’t dare to kill himself (taking in count that the thunder spear is literally in his abdomen).
Levi couldn't kill zeke cause THEY NEED HIS TITAN SO HISTORIA CAN INHERIT IT AND SO THE RUMBLING CAN HAPPEN BUT HISTORIA IS PREGNANT RIGHT NOW SO THEY WOULD HAVE TO GET ANOTHER TITAN TO ACTIVATE THE RUMBLING.
Why should have Levi killed him? Those Titans do not grow on trees 😂 Levi was taking Zeke to the HQ so that he could get eaten. That’s why they can’t kill Reiner or Zeke. Cause the Titans can be useful to them if they can manage to eat them.

Zeke's plan is rather inefficient Marley has been in power for 100 years taking over other nations. The power of the titans is already coming to an end due to weaponry, Zeke taking their breeding abilities in a few hundred years would do nothing different. In english, Zeke's name is phonetically transcribed from the japanese pronunciation, but the german spelling of the name is originally "Sieg", and it stands for "Victory".
Zeke is the tool to achieve the "Victory" that his parents wanted. Quite litteraly.

Maybe Zeke didn't trust Eren yet on the Marley, so Zeke wanted Eren to get Zeke into Paradis as a way to prove Eren's self. Also i think the Euthanasia Plan is what Zeke and the former Beast Titan said a way to save future Eldian generations.
Actually zeke didn't initiate the plan in marley because they still need historia to bear enough children to keep enough royal blood titans in arsenal so that the world wouldn't intervene till all eldians die. Which also explains the question carson's been having of why historia is still bearing a child. When they get to the island they will have the rumbling option to hold off enemy nations till the eldians spend rest of their remaining life spans. Historia's children will keep inheriting the beast and eren will pass his titan to a random person and thus maintaining the rumbling power until it is all over
I love how this season has showed us there's no "bad guy" just a bunch of people trying to survive, different perspectives and even if they do fucked up things, no one is 100% bad
Remember that if Zeke is dead, the island is doomed as well. With their attack on liberio the scouts have pretty much been forced to follow along the "partial rumbling" plan which is the only thing the island can do against the whole world who are gonna attack them. Levi was dragging zeke so that he can be fed to another person and possibly to historia so that the conditions for the plan still works and they have something to defend the island with. If zeke is dead then they only have armin to defend the island against the whole world joining in to attack paradise.
The reason why they didn’t change Eldian’s bodies’ structure back then is because Historia hasn’t given a birth yet.
Zeke’s plan is letting Eldians die peacefully without being attacked by the world alliance so he definitely need Historia line to threat the world with the capability of the rambling.
i personally think Levi was acting and doing stupid things because he wasn’t in the right state of mind maybe ? like he’s in front of the person who killed so many of his comrades including his best friend so maybe his feelings and emotions were getting the better of him and his wasn’t thinking straight possibly. that’s my take on that 🤷🏻♀️
Both Zeke and Levi acted on emotions, they understimated each other. If Zeke hadn't been suicidal the thunderspear was actually a good idea considering the fact that Levi had no other options. He had to drive the carriage all the way to Trost which means he didn't have any time to make stops to constantly cut of Zeke's limbs, all Zeke has to do is bite his tongue once his body recovers and thats enough for him to turn into a titan. If that happened Levi would be fkd because he can't kill Zeke since they need his powers and he also can't use ODM since there aren't any trees or high objects near. Doesn't matter what desicion he made, all options he had were risky

He didn’t have the time to make stops to cut of his limbs over and over again. I don’t think it was stupid at all, if anything it was poetic how both of them ended up paying the same price for underestimating each other. Levi was fkd either way in this scenario, he only had risky options so he picked the one he thought was best, and it would have been if only Zeke hadn’t gone suicidal mode. His IQ didn’t drop, some of the fans just lack observation.

16:04 i think you have just missed the last cut episode 14. Levi keep cutting his leg to keep him energy more focus on healing main body and the damaged body from previous blast becoming slow to heal, so Zeke can't turn into titan and make enough time to transport him.

Do you really think this is Erens plan. Do you really think the same Eren motivated to kill every Titan when his mother died and the same Eren that suggested the idea of killing everyone across the sea at the end of season 3 would accept euthanizing the Eldians. Zeke is a a pacifist so this plan makes sense for his character, however Eren is most definitley not.

A lot of people seem confused about the word "euthanasia" when it literally just means "to end life in a painless/merciful way". Making all Eldians sterile IS genocide essentially, just an arguably more humane way of achieving it. So idk why the word confuses many reactors when it's a perfect term for it.
Super late to the party but. "Euthanasia" is often used in exchange for "mercy killing"- like for someone with terminal illness. Zeke's plan is really sterilisation. Sure, it leads to death of the whole race eventually, but he's not outright killing them mercifully. It's a long, drawn out process.
Just a note. The series finale is not next episode. There is way too much to cover in 20 minutes. Its not been announced yet, but there is a lot of speculation of a potential season 4 part 2, similarly to how season 3 had a part 2.
Maybe a movie, the CGI of the next arc IS RIDICULOUS, they can't do it, they just can't.

Zeke has such an image of his father that to him it is impossible Grisha didnt brainwash Eren the same way. But thanks to the Owl Grisha decided to treat Eren like a son and never even mentioned anything. Eren himself developed his "fight" personality and only after he decided to join the scout Grisha was going to show him the basement and tell him the truth.
Grisha did give Eren the titan power by force but I think that was out of desperation after the first attack

I think the translators messed up with the names. Erdia makes way more sense, since erdia souns like erde which means earth in german, and titans are called monsters of earth.

14:37 good question there. Because they still need to ensure the world don't dare to attack the island in the next hundred year, so the first step is to lauch the rumbling and destroy the world allied force. That's why they attacked Liberio.
With the pacing they went with this (pretty much faithful to the manga at about 1.6 to 1.85 chapters an episode) and with what is left in the story to where it is currently you would need more than 25 episodes (no joke), so it's either a long whole season, a series of movies like 3 to 4, or cut content to make way for a shorter season or less movies, or the most unlikely case of not continuing it.
25 episodes? This episode 15 ended same as chapter 114 and since the last chapter will be the 139th there's 25 remaining chapters to end the history, which means they can have make a season 4 part 2 with 14 to 16 episodes (keeping the same pacing).

Actually Zeke condition was for historia to bear children after his beast titan was given to her after the rumbling. Meaning that after the rumbling he would have change the body of every Eldians
and then Historias wouldn't be able to bear children. But somehow Historia got pregnant before so Zeke can keep being alive.
Part of the plan also involves having the rumbling to deter the outside world for about 100 years, so the people on the island can live out the rest of the life.

Ok, so, they didn't activate the plan in Liberio because they needed to attack during the festival, retrieve the War Hammer and get Zeke into Paradis before that. The thing is, once Zeke arrived in Paradis, the military separated them. Another thing is, they didn't want Historia to get pregnant YET. The plan was for her to get the beast titan and then start having chldren to pass them the beast after 13 years. But, for some reason that we don't know yet, Historia got pregnant before Zeke arrived and now they can't feed him to her until she gives birth. The military suspects that Historia got pregnant on purpose to give Zeke time and not eat him as soon as he set foot in Paradis.
They still need the rumbling as a deterrent and they still need Historia pumping out kids. That's why they didn't sterilize everyone right there.
I think there's gonna be a season 4 part 2 (since I've read the manga), especially when there's still a *ton* of stuff left for them to show.

She purposefully got herself knocked up at a time were the paradisian military didn't want her to. Can someone help me with my question on when Reiner returned to Marley to tell zeke. Alright so we saw both Bertholt and Reiner return to Marley to tell zeke about eren but wouldn’t have bertholt been dead already by getting eaten by armin or am I missing something.
It's between Season 2 Episode 12 and Season 3 Part 2, and that was not back in Marley but a patrol ship from Marley docked at Paradi Island. Reiner and Zeke fought over which Anie or Eren first, and Pieck-chan also joined them.
That's really the sad part Historia and her child are used to fool everyone.

Hange's plan needed Historia to inherit the beast titan, that's they can't kill Zeke. Historia can't do it immediately because she is pregnant. 1 - he didn't have any spinal fluid so he couldn't turn anyone into a pure titan and pass the beast;
2 - he killed all the titans that zeke made it by the yell;
3 - If a shifter dies without passing it to another person, the titan will reborn in another eldian child.

I am confident Eren is fucking with Mikasa and Armin at least, since we know that the owl said "perhaps you can save Mikasa and Armin", that goal wouldn't be sent through time unless he cared.
I get Grisha though like he doesn’t want his son to ever be a slave. He wants his son to live in a world where he’s free and he saw an opportunity for his son to make that actually happen. He should have never pushed his son to be what he wanted his son to be but I do get his view on the situation he was dealt with.

The subs are correct. The idea is to remove their ability to reproduce, hence euthanising them peacefully, allowing the remaining subjects of ymir to die off over time until they're all gone. Also i love how clear it is to everyone except the victims of Eren's manipulation that they're being manipulated. First with Floch as you mentioned in the previous episode, and now with Zeke, calling him 'brother' and allowing Zeke to confide in another person besides Ksaver.
@I'm You sure, perhaps it makes more sense, but to my knowledge the official English manga considered it a euthanasia plan. I think a preference to either title depends on what part of the plan you consider more important, the death of the eldians by euthanasia, or the eldians that are “saved” by the sterilisation

The way he puts on this cold character who’s willing to do anything for the better of the country perfectly fits the Erwin sized hole that Floch was now missing. If Eren acted like the person he actually is, a kind and empathetic person who is willing to do these things purely because the love he has for those he keeps close is too large not to, Floch arguably wouldn’t have followed him.

I'd say this cold character Eren plays is not a facade but is now a part of who he is. It's become a coping mechanism to deal with the atrocities he will soon commit. He's essentially gone numb. I'd say Floch and Eren have a mutual partnership. They're simply using one another to attain similar goals. If Eren is manipulating Floch he's arguably manipulating everyone except Historia. But in the end we won't know Eren's true intentions until ch. 139 comes out so we'll see then I guess.

The euthanization plan is the true plan of Zeke and Eren. That plan with Historia is to deceive the paradis and hide their real intentions, because either way the process to both of the plan is to make the yeager brother in contact.
Eren and Zeke didn't do it in Liberio, because there's no guarantee that they can control the powers of the Founding Titan immediately, that's why when they came back in paradis, they want to make a test to see what happens when they touch.
It's euthanasia by sterilization. Killing Zeke isn't an option if they want to have another titan to use in the war against Marley. If Zeke died, there is a chance of the Beast titan transferring to a newborn in Marley. Even with how much Levi hates Zeke, he is still objective in his decision to keep Zeke alive.

And you still have chapters 120 to 139 left to cover which 139 is the final chapter to be release next month. Its possible to do a movie but In my opinion, I rather have them just do part B just like they did with season 3.

Ok, Levi did nothing wrong. From the start his only belief was his strength. That's why he was so confident that he could capture Zeke. Levi had too much faith in his strength, that was the only problem he had.
Yeah, besides what Zeke did was almost suicide because despite his titan regenerative powers, he was already badly damaged and had been using a lot of energy to heal the wounds received in the forest apart from his legs (which Levi kept cutting like slices of ham). For all this, it is credible to think that the guy was not going to risk exploding himself into pieces from inside his abdomen when he most likely die without having time to recover. As far as we have seen in the show, never has a titan shifter been able to regenerate from such extreme damage (Reiner's half head is an exception, as it was attached to his titan he was able to make his move to transfer his consciousness and regenerate his head thanks to the body of his titan).
Also, he underestimated Zeke, I think that was the biggest mistake. Zeke underestimated Levi by thinking he wouldn’t kill his titan comrades and Levi underestimated Zeke by thinking he wouldn’t dare to kill himself (taking in count that the thunder spear is literally in his abdomen).
The thing is Zeke really wanted to die that moment and *toot* spoiler.
Levi couldn't kill zeke cause THEY NEED HIS TITAN SO HISTORIA CAN INHERIT IT AND SO THE RUMBLING CAN HAPPEN BUT HISTORIA IS PREGNANT RIGHT NOW SO THEY WOULD HAVE TO GET ANOTHER TITAN TO ACTIVATE THE RUMBLING.
