What is the source of your formulas please? I am trying to have another set of sliders that rotate certain objects rather than all objects, but still have the sliders that rotate all objects as well. Thanks!
@@macmatej THX for your Sheet, and THX for your Answer. Many other program Langues, for Instance Matlab or C/C++, provides this possibility. :-) If not then use pi/180.
They are angles of projection. It is similar to when object is stationary and wall on which the shadow falls, rotate around object. Alfa, beta and gamma are angles of rotation of projection wall. Object is still stationary.
This is 3D transformation of x,y,z to 2D screen, representation by x',y'. You don' t need z' because z' not exist, or z'=0. Check the web site under video for more formulas.
I asked about adding the Z' as this should make the sheet a general 3d matrix rotation sheet. Is the book in the video available in English? If yes what's the title?
If You want rotate the object see my second video: th-cam.com/video/a8QsqW3DvsE/w-d-xo.html But it is not real rotation of object, it is rotation of observer around the object. This is rotation method without rotation matrix. That You still don't need z'. Thre full pocedure is aviable in egnlish on my web page: www.maclab.sk/clanky/en-3d-graph-excel.php
Wow! This is great! Short but enough to explain how to do the trick! Thank you very much.

These are general formulas of axonometric. It is same as optical illusion. For real rotation of certain objects you need transformation matrices.
This is amazing, thank you very much for sharing, its exactly what I was looking for :)
this is insane!! thank you so much
Nice, but in 4:50 better use EXCEL-Functions for converting [°] -> [rad] and vice versa.
Yes, you have a true for Excel. But this is universal method for any program languages.

Nice video, how about adding a Z' column with the X' and Y'? which formulas are necessary?
