How do you get the equation for the sombrero? I have some equations describing the cross sections of a random shape and I need a rough equation of the surface they produce...
I installed it, but, it said Error processing argument 3: Argument 3 reference must be a 2 column range of (x,y) interpolation data points. What should I do to fix this issue? ???
I can't get this to work. In the end I created a small test data set. If I use a formula like =INTERPXYZ(A2:B10,C2:C10,{0.2,0.5}) and press enter I get #VALUE! If I use a formula like =INTERPXYZ(A2:B10,C2:C10,D2:E4) and press Ctrl+Shift+Enter I get #NAME? I am using Office 365, downloaded the add-in from Microsoft app store, Acer laptop, Windows 10. I have been struggling with this for a couple of days now. Can anyone suggest what I might be doing wrong please?
Point your cursor at the error symbol which is displayed when your click on the cell with #VALUE! and read the actual error message. A #NAME error usually means your add-in is not enabled or your data contains undefined name. For further help contact Support.
@@excelworksllc1994 Thank you for the rapid response. I discovered that the #name was caused by typing interxyz, the p was missing. Hovering over the error symbol I get "Unauthorised. Please click Formulas - Calculus Functions - Account - Sign in. I will see if I can do that using my Microsoft account.
OK, I followed the advice and went through the login process as per my previous comment. It now works, but says my licence expires in three days time. I am wondering if I will need to pay for a licence after that?

How to reversely turn the grid-form values to X,Y,Z 3 column values?
Good question, I laboriously did it manually to create a huge long column.
@@ericrawson2909 I really need it.
it shows the argument 3 should be a 2 column x,y value, why is that??
In ExceLab 7.0 the function name is GRIDXYZ
Where all my pro EFI/ ECU tuners at?
Are you in a hurry?
This is 2D interpolation, not 3D. Probably not buying anything from a math company that cannot tell the difference.
