honestly what made this fight so tense and horrifying is the fact that we know bardocks not winning this and what frieza says at this moment is the truth if he wanted the saiyans dead they'd have no choice but to except it even though bardock was fighting for his fallen friends dying wish we knew he wasn't going to be able to fulfill it and he'd die along with the rest
I believe that this is the most difficult fight against Frieza in the entire game. Sure, you have Golden Frieza after you beat the second DLC and start training with him, but by that point, I grinded to finish Goku's Super Attack Skill Tree, ate a bunch of meals, etc. So that fight wasn't really too hard at all for me.
This fight was a treat for me. I never expected them to add bullet-hell qualities to this game, and as someone who likes to play hard mode and drag out fights to see everything an enemy can do rather than surge and go unga bunga mode with special attack spams, they felt really overwhelming. This fight was a 10/10 experience!
@@NecroVulture Well, even in the base game when I never used surge on hard mode, it was still kind of easy. But this fight is truly balanced out, yet still difficult since you have to evade your way through attack after attack, keep a fair amount of heals handy, and give it your all. This fight took me several tries to beat, and it actually felt like how Bardock's struggle against Frieza was like for him. Fighting a fight that in the end, you can't win.
HAVE A TASTE OF HELL ITSELF! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! YAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! You Saiyans are truly a thorn in my side... Here's where the fun begins! This is but a greeting.
@@NecroVulture yeah that quote was said a tad too often. Kinda gives Eggman's "The more the merrier" quote a run for its Zeni. Either way, it really fits him, the music and his maniacal laughter.
0.0166666667% of his power, actually! Bardock was fighting on average with Dodoria, meaning at most his PL is 20,000 during this fight. 100% Full Power Freeza has a PL of 120,000,000. Freeza must be really good at holding back 😳
@@NecroVulture Well, he didn't have to actually actively hold back as much, thanks to him having invented transformations that allowed him to limit his own massive power, since his final form is actually the form he was born in-

This was epic..one of toughest fights i ever see, this dlc was incredible..
I didn't notice this until recently, but this track has motifs from dbz-M912 and M-919, which was used as frieza's theme in the anime.
Had this blasting while I was getting jumped 1v2 in XV2, I lasted 12 minutes and knew I was going to lose but I still made it hard for them lol.
“It looks like playtime is now over! So why don’t you go and join your brethren in death?!”

In terms of non post game bosses this frieza is definitely the hardest. Got hit with his death beam on hard and lost 2 health bars.
@@brandoa1131 Yeah, I thought getting smacked by Babidi powered-up Dabura in the Trunks DLC was brutal, but this was another level.
No I'd say Vegeta vs Golden Frieza is the hardest Frieza fight.
The definitive frieza boss theme.

Damn, this fight was so much fun. It's funny to think that Frieza was only using about 1% of his power during it too.
Technically its more like 3 or 4% lol

@@gameroak007 Yeah this form in particular was 530k, so I guess Frieza was using 3 or 4 percent of the power currently available to him.
Idk but when I heard the beginning theme of this I was like hey where’s zinogre at from MHW lol
