- Sabudana Mungfali Tikki
Take
1 Cup - Sabudana
Wash Properly for 2-3 Times and add
1/2 Cup - Water
Soak It
Close the Plate and Give Rest for 5-6 Hours
Farali Green Chutney:
Coriander - 100gm
Mint leaves - 20gm
Green chilli - 4 - 5
Less spicy green chilli -5
Cashew - 1/4 cup
Black salt - 1 tbsp
Jeera powder - 1 tbsp
Pink salt - 1/2 tsp
Lemon - 1
Ice cube - 3
Water - 3 tbsp
Make thick Chutney
Take a Pan and add
1 Cup - Peanuts
Roast in Low Flame and Let Cool Completely and Remove Skin and Grind Roughly or Coarsely
Take a Bowl and add
Soaked Sabudana
1/2 Cup - Crushed Peanuts ( Removed From Above )
2 no - Boiled Mashed Potatoes
1/4 Cup - Coriander Leaves Chopped
1 tsp - Cumin Seeds
Salt to taste
1 tbsp - Curry Leaves
1 tbsp - Ginger Chilli Paste
2 tbsp - Powder Sugar
1/2 no - Lemon Juice
Mix Properly and Grease the Hand and Make a Balls and Roll into Rest Peanut Crushed Coarse Powder and Make a Tikki shape , Fry in Oil till Golden in Medium Flame
Serve With Green Chutney
