Greg is a self-taught survivalist from Canal Flats, British Colombia, who, since he was a boy, has read nearly every book on the topic. When he is not out in the wilderness, he is a professional dry-waller. He started his first bow drill fire when he was thirteen and spent the next forty years learning bushcraft and studying plants and edibles. He has even developed some of his own survival techniques and is a skilled hunter with both a bow and a slingshot.

I've been patiently waiting for another 30 day challenge! Thank you Greg Ovens! Off to a great start! You should get a small saddle pack(or whatever they are called) for Finn. He could carry his own stuff like first aid, meds, food etc. He can carry more than you think!

To fix the springiness in your monofilament fishing line, take your spool off the reel and soak it in lukewarm water. The warm water will reduce the line memory and make it come off the real smoother.

I'm 35 and my grandfather would sing that song all the time when I was young. Then when got a little older I would sing it, and all my friends would look at me like I was crazy.

Watching this series I had a feeling you guys would be going to the north island. I instantly recognized when you guys got to port McNeill! I grew up and lived there for 19 years, I’ve camped at cluxewe many times. It’s beautiful stunning up there.
