      Same... I don't wanna bigger houses just a tiny cabin as long as it's in the Greatest Country on Earth :'(.
      I've always wanted to be part of the American Dream ever since I was a little girl.
      My heart hurts of the thought that it might never happen. I love this country with all of my heart.
      You are so lucky to be born an American, doesn't a matter what size's is your house, as long as you're on US soil.
      You can own a house like, don't loose hope.
      Everything is possible in America

    You should show the garages and their entrances into the house in your videos. Also a quick walk around the house outside showing the yards and sides, giving a Complete tour so that there isn't any unanswered questions for your potential customers.

    • @WhereToLiveInAustin
      @WhereToLiveInAustin  4 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Thanks Greenprix63. This is a model home, so the garage has been converted into a builders office. It will be converted back when the home sells and passes to a new owner. I'll try to add more outside footage in future vids, thanks for the tip!

      @delightfulsunny 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@WhereToLiveInAustin I realize this was 2 years ago, but do you have the link to the new outside footage? I am interested in the garage as well. If you have the floor plan, that would be fine too.

    Absolutely no to a kid's room at the front door for obvious reasons definitely not safe whether they're sneaking out or in or somebody sneaking out or in easy access to my kids is not an option... a mother-in-law Suite should have been at the front as opposed to the kids

    0:20 ok so, when I see doors like this, the first thing that comes to mind is not "oh that's a nice door" (even though it might be), no my first thought is, "why are they making it easy for someone to break into your house?" And why would you want everyone to see into your house? At least with the windows you put drapes.
    I like the natural light tho. 2:50 I like the floor. 3:20 I like that bathroom.

      Alex D it’s not far from Austin at all actually. Only 18 miles that’s extremely close. Santa Clarita is nearly 40 miles from Los Angeles. Far different especially with l.a traffic. Not sure why you thought it was so far out.

    • @ronaldo19832
      @ronaldo19832 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@brittoncoil2518 28 miles used to be my commute from Santa Clarita to Westwood when I was in school. Used to take me 30 minutes tops at least back than. To downtown LA it's 34 miles but yes, going there with traffic it's pretty bad. You are right tho about the Austin distance it's only 20 miles but with traffic in these days in Austin it's probably 45 minutes. I was visiting another place near by Belterra and I got confused with it but that one is in Dripping Springs and it's called Calterra.

      Daniel Waters it way outside the Austin city area. Austin is really spread out. It’s 20 miles from downtown and traffic is pretty bad. Plus the house plan price was from a year ago and it’s from 495k all said and done these days are selling for 580-620k and up.

      Hi marxg4, thanks for commenting. With model homes, many builders will put cameras in the rooms for liability reasons. They will also remove many of the doors (same reason). They use the model to sell homes in the neighborhood, when it's finally sold and passed to the new owners (usually at the end of the neighborhood build out), the builder removes cameras, adds doors and converts the builders office back into a garage.

    The two front bedrooms, 12' x 14'... I don't think so, maybe 10' X 10'.
    Can somebody tell me how you sit at the desk in the "office" without moving it out at least 18"?

    Damn man I love that house by your knowledge what are the upgrades other than the porch doors or is that what you get for the price of $495 ,000 ? Also what’s HOA there I want a new house and I love this one so much I’d get this exact one . That yard is huge I’m in love with it man ... the front door to the back door this home is what I want .

      I know the kids rooms are a issue with some but when they are teenagers you could imagine how a parent could like the distance from the noise plus a few outdoor cameras and ring door bell can easily take car of the sneaking in or out issue and any other unwanted movement or burglars anyway.

      Yeah, it's just the builder. They will remove them once they sell it and are no longer using as a model.
