It's like they only have these conversations when Adam isn't there... it's been so consistent ever since the channel started, you literally have a United fan in the group yet you choose to intentionally bring up United when he's not there
Why does it feel like these should be called the Rory show? The guy single handily taking talksport down
Saying Frank and Dezerbi are better than Ten Hag is crazy work honestly. People let their united hate blind them to the job ten hag has done
"2 great days out" equating to having a better 4 years is bonkers.
People are very quick to say football is about trophies, but it's also about building towards something and entertainment for the fans. I'm a Liverpool fan and looking at it neutrally I'd much rather have had the last 5 seasons Arsenal have had than United. They've won 1 less trophy (being the Carabao Cup), have established themselves as one of the best clubs in the country and are only getting better season on season. I'd back Arsenal to win much more in the next 5 years than United and in reality football is about more than the short term, so looking back in 20+ years if Arsenal didn't come through this period with some major honours, sure, you can look back at it and say they failed but the idea that United have been better because of 1 carabao cup and the worst league form in their history is crazy.
People say that you'll remember the cup wins, but the results United have had in the last few years that will be remembered FOREVER are for the wrong reasons. Literally every time they come to Anfield now there will be mention of the 7-0, every single time. Look at when Arsenal go to Old Trafford, people still talk about the 8-2, that never goes away. How many people talk about the Carabao Cup that United won against Southampton? How many people have mentioned the domestic cups we won under Klopp when they've been trying to undermine what he did at Liverpool? This idea that you "remember the cups and don't remember second place" is silly when we all still mock Spurs for finishing 3rd in a 2 horse race with Leicester. Fans pick and choose what they want to "remember" when it suits their argument.
The reality is that if they had actually just had 2 better seasons than Arsenal we wouldn't be talking about Ten Hag being sacked and this whole "they had a better season" nonsense is just some social media era waffle.
Imagine writing all that
Tldr.
Expecting a video regarding the might villa from you lot, don't disappoint me now
I personally don't think they gave him enough time yet ; he needs at least 2 more seasons to improve that club. Rome wasn't built in a day
I’m surprised to hear Buvey keeping Rory and Miles from throwing eth under the bus for recent signings. Thank you Buvey
Ten hag and Antony 🐐 🐐
Just waiting on the international break really. Bang on he’s sacked and Ruud is interim after Villa. If they sacked him now and Ruud started with Porto/Villa away it’s likely we get pumped and mood is still in the mud.
i know it's par for the course at this point but i seems to remember rory saying utd cannot sack ten hag after the fa cup win
Well to be fair it only seemed right to give him a chance but he has failed horrendously, time to go
To be fair, quite a bit has changed since then. Although I am not a fan of MU (or any EPL club), I'd say keeping him after FA Cup victory was the right decision because it seemingly demonstrated that he could actually somehow make MU work. Somewhat.
But given the horrendous results right from the start of the season, yeah... There's no way around it anymore, it seems all those moments when MU looked at least fine under ETH were just lucky moments, nothing more. This, the results we see 80%+ of the time - this is the average, without those lucky moments. And it's horrendous.
Rory is full of sh*t , flip flop everywhere
The Man Utd obsession is crazy
Xavi is literally there for the taking. If I was a United fan, I’d be crying for him to come.
Why does it need to be a big manager? Arteta when he went to Arsenal, that Aussie bl9ke at Sours or Slott at Liverpool weren't big names in management most people thought they were left field choices at the time but these clubs have picked a manager that suited the clubs identity and philosophy of playing football
It's not just ETH that needs to go the club need to get rid of the players that helped get rid of Van Haal, Moriniho, OGS and Ralf who said that half the players needed to be got rid of.
The weakness of the new format of the ucl. I don't think Bayern would have lost to Villa or Real Madrid to Lille. City wouldn't draw at home to Inter. The big dogs know they can afford it.
Credit to Buvey for seeing the bigger picture in regards to the new signings
I think if you gave Ten Hag a club like Bayern he’d be a lot better
I have seen my club lose the league by a point, twice. One of which we had 97 points. Utd’s best ever tally is 91. Point is the shift my lads put in week in week out to squeeze City by the bollocks right till the end, this Utd squad ain’t ever coming close even in effort let alone quality. You can bring prime Sir Alex back if you want, he ain’t getting 90 points with Marcus Rashford.
The difference is that Fergie wouldn’t even give Rashford a glimpse of the pitch, whereas ETH is starting him every week.
They haven’t took power away from him at all ffs at least get your facts right ten hag has a transfer veto in his contract he’s the one who signs the players
In addition, no coach except him had the fantasy of getting any player he wants.
Who the hell gonna come and turn the fortune around.. stick to ETH, win or loss.. he will need time to navigate through all the issues and start building his own style of play.
I think they went looking in the summer and no one wanted it so they are stuck with ten bag
He should be gone. Stop looking for a new SAF and keep switching till it works.
the reason we and the board are clinging on is that our next manager is who? ruud will only be a stop gap. hes no zidane. we dont fancy another 3 years ' rebuilding ' spending another 600 million too realistcally have a 99% chance of the same issues with said next manager.
he has also won us 2 throphies in the last 2 very small 2 years
spurs beat us 3-0 , but i bet theyd chew our hand off for those 2 cups rather than half decent form in the prem , good vibes but no actual progression.
Tuchel too much of a nervous wreck, he can't handle pressure of a big club, when the media comes for him the effects shows on the pitch and that champions league win with chelsea was just good timing and new manger vibes. When looking for consistency, there's no proof Tuchel offers that. Look at chelseas following season. Under the pressure of Uniteds media and critiques as well as the lack of talent on the pitch, Tuchel is not the guy.
Potter needs to go abroad again. Away from the English press. Then come back to a club like United.
How is De Zerbi a better manager than Ten Hag😂 What has he won?
I’m a Chelsea fan.. I admit it.. I love buvey
115. Shame on City. Legacy will be shame.
And how is potter a better manager then ten hag ffs he’s won trophy’s his whole career potter hasn’t Jose struggled at United and so does every manager I can’t believe the stuff you lot actually come out with ten hag is doing crap but my god he’s better than potter and proved that many times
Instant block for anything with Rory in!
Tuchel
Inzagi
Amorim
Xavi
Zidane
He's still in a job because after the search over the summer nobody was available that the hierarchy deemed better!
Simple as that!
So the hierarchy is incompetent
If fans not being in the ground means trophies don’t count then city will have to give back a lot of trophies
twitter humor
Still jobless?
No ETH shouldn't lose his job. Man Utd shouldn't behave like Chelsea and sack their manager every time they lose a few games.
How many trophies has Arsenal and Chelsea won in the last 2 years? 0, and Liverpool have 1. ETH has 2.
Rory is so reactionary and will flip flop all over the place, and Buvey is a complete moron who hates Man Utd. 🤦🏻♂️ Potter isn't even close to ETH.
We finished 8th back to back winning an fa cup but we stuck true to arteta and it paid off you have to really give a manager 4/5 years to build their structures and belief systems into a club and player. Sack sack sack doesn't work look at Chelsea look at PSG look at how everton was before dyche and even now
What? Arteta has won fuck all
Sack sack sack does seem to work for PSG though, they've been to two semifinals and one final of Champions League in the past 5 years. There are very very few clubs that have better results.
One of those clubs, however, is Real Madrid, who are also very famous for being extremely trigger happy when it comes to firing managers who are underperforming.
Now, one might say that RM can afford that since they're the biggest club in the world (and have been for the past 30+ years) and they'l always be able to find a top manager willing to give it a go at RM. And that's a valid argument if you're a tier-2 club. However, MU is a tier-1 club. Or at least used to be. Let's say they're a tier-1.5 club now. But I won't ever believe that there aren't at least a couple of good managers willing to give it a go at MU.
The answer is simple:
1. There’s no world class managers readily available
2. The club has a rotten core than needs curing, which is something I think the new internal structure put in place is for
3. These are the same players that have failed multiple managers, it’s an issue of the culture within the club that’s been allowed to fester with lazy, passionless players
Thomas Tuchel and Max Allegri are world class but too problematic.
Zidane is unreachable at the moment, and is steadily waiting for the France NT job.
Southgate.... No. Just no.
An Arsenal fan criticising United's current situation, really, we've already won more with Hag than you. 😕
A Chelsea fan, I don't even need to comment on managers, lol.
A City fan, they've got Pep, and might not when certain charges come knocking. 🤐
Keep crying, your club is a joke
"Crying" I'm laughing at the spectacle before me. A bitter Arsenal fan, reactionary Chelsea fan and, a city fan who should be the one crying, in due time. 😏
its simple if they sack him they got to pay 15 million and then break psr
Arsenal fan saying a manager is kept because of an FA Cup win oh the irony 😂😂😂😂
At least arteta is challenging for a title 🤷♂️ idk wtf ten hag is doing
@@tommicarlisle8527 aw gonna be brilliant when we look back in 20 years at your 0 titles but at least you challenged!
@@Sean-wu8qfwe're going to look back in 20 yrs and remember 7-0 v liverpool 4-0 brentford 3-0 v liverpool and spurs 6-3 v city
No one remembers results just trophies @@guerfiryad7238
Hating any team this much is just stupid

Not drawing any parallels...Arteta finsihed 8th with Arsenal..20-21..started 21-22 season with 3 losses in PL..finished 5th that season...than challenged for league twice!
Womp womp
How the hell has Rory got this far, he chats shit all the time.
