Great video again, you guys bring a smile to my face and I always can't wait to watch. I absolutely love cauliflower stir fried, it has such a comforting taste and most have never had it that way. Thankfully you had minimal damage from the falling trees, it's unbelievable that it pulled that stone down with the electric box. 👍

We have been buying almos only second hand for the last 20 years while living abroad and, since we are back in Spain, we are just blown away by the opportunities we have found in this platform. Have you ever tried nutritional yeast on your popcorn? It’s my favorite “topping”🧡. It’s also great to use in homemade vegan cheese sauce. I often make vegan cheese sauce with cashews, carrots and nutritional yeast. It’s delicious on sautéed potatoes, I think. I think I say this every time, but I’m going to say it again, you two are so inspiring 🥰 As you’re walking around on your land, and being reminded that it’ll take years to make it what you envision it to be, would it be possible to put a yurt, or a large shed, to stay in in the meantime? Maybe even something you could use as a rental proper for extra income? I so would love to stay in a place like that for a vacation. A plus to the fallen trees, (because come on, there has to be something, right?), lots of firewood!? Can you protect new trees with some wire so the goats can’t get to them? I honestly think climate change is really making these big changes in our weather patterns. Our Spring came about a month early……
We LOVE nutritional yeast on our popcorn too! And your cheese sauce sound great. I (Ale) am allergic to nuts, so can't unfortunately make allot of the very popular vegan recipes other people get to enjoy. You're spot on; climate change is really making the weather changes quite extreme, so I guess we'll have to get used to adjusting to whatever comes our way. Nettles are the first green herbs of spring, and a great substitute for spinach. Do you have dandelions in your area? They are so versatile, and you can eat the leaves and the roots can be stirfried.
Another beautiful video, such fabulous scenery. You really have found a beautiful area to make your home. Sorry you lost so many trees but although you didn’t realise it they must have been dead and dangerous. Luckily no one was hurt neither was any of your property damaged. Shame the electricity was out but better that than injuries to people or property. I do like the style of your presentation, both of you look and sounded relaxed in front of the camera.
