There is a small restaurant in the lobby of Tower 2. Also you came in through MGM entrance but there is an entrance on Harmon that pulls you right up to the lobby of each tower. Parking is 100% valet using the Signature entrance vs. using the garage at MGM. There is also access to Wet Republic via and outdoor walkway near the lobby entrance of Tower 1 without having to go to the walkway to MGM. There is a shortcut to the strip without walking through MGM if you go to the first level (near the elevator opposite the MGM pool entrance) and walk outside (Audrie and MGM intersection) and go past the Grand Garden arena toward the strip. MGM is the road that passes the MGM mansion and crosses Las Vegas Blvd to get to Park MGM and T-Mobile arena. Alternatively, you can exit the Harmon entrance and walk to the strip on Harmon. Either way is good if the weather is accommodating. One more thing to mention, the couches in the units are pull out beds and there are gyms in Towers 1 and 3.
I am actually going to be at signature Monday. I am curious how quickly it fill up as I was told if it fills up I have to park at mgm. I was told valet was complimentary but I assume I need to give a tip to the person parking the car?
@@dougscott188 I usually tip them $3 in and out but not sure if there is any standard. They have a small outside parking area they temporarily park a few overflow vehicles at when full. It's only a few spots at each tower but they will eventually pull them into the garage when space opens up.
Wonderful hotel to stay. The one bedroom units have 950 square foot with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen and balcony, fantastic. Great informative videos, thank you.
@@Vegas-Must-Try I really like Vdara and Delano, too. I think Vdara is the best none casino resort on the Strip, you can walk to Aria, Costmo and Bellagio.
I stayed there last year in Vegas and it is pretty much going to be my place of choice every time going forward. Same cost as any Strip hotel, but twice the space, amenities, and far populated for nice quiet privacy
Listen up...the phone in the bathroom isn't weird..a person could be having a medical emergency in the bathroom and needs to call 911...it's not weird!! The hotel is providing great service by having it.
Thanks for featuring this hotel Jorge I've been wanting to see it, it's cool that they have a small kitchen with a refrigerator to put drinks and food in which is a rarity in Las Vegas nowadays we'll catch you on the next video.
Dude I love that you show us rooms that the average person can afford, and also affordable things we can do. My budget when I go with my friends is 400-800 dollars in cash 💵 not including my room, on hotel budget 450 for Friday arrival departure Sunday at noon.
My wife and I used to stay there as our first choice partially because it is a non-smoking property and partially because it is still directly connected to a Strip hotel. I could escape the smoke, but still be close enough to enjoy the restaurants and action in the MGM Grand. The laat couple visits, we tried staying at the Bellagio and Palazzo. We found the Signature a little run down the last time we visited and enjoyed the better maintained luxe properties. But The Signature still holds great memories for us and we would probably stay there again, now with our kids, if they did more to take care of the property.
@@Vegas-Must-Try I intend to, but I can’t seem to book a suite there. We need a suite as we have 3 kids, a 12 year old and 6 year old twins. But I have heard a lot of good things about Park MGM and really hard to beat the location on top of being smoke free.
Very similar sentiments! Loved it, but it is getting quite run down now and the "benefits" of being beside MGM for the pool etc are much less now, especially as most of it is cordoned off for daily fees etc
Masked Lady here. Another great video, Jorge! My kids, 20 and 22, stayed there last year and really liked it. The only thing you left out is the MGM Top Golf. Super cool place. :)
Looks like a very comfortable room. I always see those buildings when I'm in town and wondered what they looked like inside. It is interesting that they're half condos. Thanks for another great video!
We used to book the one bedroom suite every year so we could host family. 1 & 1/2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. I hope they remodel soon, it was a nice non-smoking property. Mahalo Jorge!
As a previous employee of this place. It's not as glamours behind the sean as you would think. Tern over in management is extremely high because this place is used as a stepping stone.
@@Vegas-Must-Try I thought the same thing back in 2006 when I started working there. They are the exact same rooms they had back then minus some glass decorations that were removed because guests kept taking them. Signature at MGM is a big case of smoke and mirrors!
It was nice to bump into you at the Signature during F1 weekend! I chose this hotel because you could see the Harmon section of the circuit from some strip view balcony rooms - it was pretty sick! (Tower 3 has the best view) Vdara is also non smoking, non gaming, and suite rooms with kitchenette. I prefer vdara for better location with aria/cosmo nextdoor. I ate at Joel Robuchon in MGM - it’s really expensive and hard to get a table, but probably the best meal of my life!
I've stayed at many hotels in Las Vegas from the strip, downtown, and even the sketchy motels further north. The Signature is the best hotel I ever stayed at in Las Vegas. My only complaint is that you had to valet park all the time and the entrance is off Harmon and at that time there was no stoplight, very easy to pass...
I wonder have you reviewed Vdara yet, they’re also a non-casino hotel with kitchens I believe them and Signature are thee only two Vdara is definitely a hidden gem 💎
You showed the kitchenette, but not what comes with it. Is there cutlery, plates, glassware already in place or do you have to call like at Vdara? Is there a kettle or coffeemaker? Does housekeeping come daily like in a regular hotel?
Sup Jorge.... I'm headed to Vegas this Sunday and staying till Wednesday... Is it hoodie or jacket season?... I'm from Portland Oregon so I'm used to the chills
Just a heads up, Signature take the non smoking aspect seriously in this hotel. This includes the balconies. Speaking of the balconies, don't do anything out there you don't want anyone to see. The security cameras can not only see everything they can zoom in clearly.

My dad died in the bathroom. A phone would have been handy. (Although he had a massive heart attack, so probably died too fast to call 911.)
Also he called it a “cellphone” but it’s actually a landline phone. It doesn’t connect to the cellular radio services

Totally agree, especially if you're attending a convention at the MGM Grand. You don't need to go through the casino and easy access to the monorail.
