The tv is the room was made to lower into the desk but this hotel I ram down so they shut it off. It now stays blocking the view from the window that should of been awesome. They also use the crappiest toiletries and towels mgm offers. You don’t get there Bellagio stuff you get there Luxor stuff
I was considering buying one of these condos during their construction in 2004. The starting price was $150k. I didn’t but because the HOA fees were really high and they only go up.
Just came back from a 5 star hotel in Vancouver Canada. There was a television in the bathroom…..imbedded in the mirror. Love this vid. I want to visit you guys next time I visit Vegas.
Great review! Signature is a true Vegas Gem! It’s so uncrowded and quiet with no casino. But you get the best of both worlds with MGM Grand nearby. Use the quiet Signature pools or you have access to the MGM pools and lazy river. Moving walkways make it fast and easy to get to the MGM Grand. A Monorail station is at the MGM Grand so you can get all over the strip easily. I don’t think you can come close anywhere on the Strip to getting a room this big and nice with a whirlpool, for the price. Unbelievable value. The kitchenette really helps if you want to save and heat up leftovers or make simple dishes to save money on meals. Be sure and get a balcony room. I have been here twice and I’m going back in a few weeks.
Right! Mgm signature was not supposed to cater to low end class but that’s exactly what it became. It’s mgm they don’t have to give out the same garbage toiletries as the Excalibur. The Mandalay Bay or Bellagio doesn’t do this. Mgm caters to low class now because that’s the only way they can feel the rooms. They give you crap beds and motel 6 towels so they can keep the rates cheap enough to low class people to come. I ignored this because l loved the balconies but it’s not worth it anymore. Also that walk is far from quick and the moving walkway works like half the time. If you want to pick up your car for valet or takes 20 minutes. Cosmopolitan gives you a better balcony and a tub with a view instead of starting at bathroom walls. Each time I stay there is hoodlums fighting or arguing with staff it’s become a real ghetto.

I know. Last time we were there we stayed at Mandalay Bay. Then we rented a car and drove to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab Utah. We rented a house and volunteered helping taking care of the animals.

After a couple years they realized they could not fill these tools with just wealthy people so it now caters to a different type of crowd now.

Hi Dani, I’ve stayed there many times. The problem is once you’ve stayed there, you will never go back to a regular hotel room. I would of thought the suites would have been updated with new furniture by now…
I love the signature mgm grand hotel. Because it's beautiful and fancy. I wish I could go back to Vegas and visit this hotel. It has the lobby, the pool, the room, and the casino. I'm so excited for this. It's my favorite hotel in Las Vegas Nevada
I've stayed at the MGM Signature Towers multiple times. Nice and quiet, big rooms, not crowded, and only a 5 minute, indoor treadmill walk to the MGM Grand casino. Very convenient and the best of both worlds. When I stayed it was quite affordable. I recommend it. Like Dani mentioned, it's really good for a longer stay.
Hey Dani. We booked to stay in Tower 1. Same floor and side as this video. The outside noise from wet republic is quite noisy. Is it very noisy when shutting the balcony door? And for noise levels would you say tower 3 is less noisy or are they all basically the same?
signature is a nice property,however apart from the odd minor upgrade,it has not been refurbished since 2006,still the same furniture etc you would think mgm resorts could splash out on a remodel almost 20 years later

It's very hot in Vegas. Florida and the humidity out there is way worse though. I think you get used to Vegas weather and just learn ways to avoid the crazy hot days.
I have never heard of this place. This place are pretty bog and great for a family like us. Really liked the room tour. Also the editing is top notch. I see you have moved more to quicker cuts. We are going to Arizona for New Years and may take a quick road trip to Vegas. Did I hear your right, the main AirPort has changed its name. Good to know.

Great job Dani! Love this resort. Stayed there with my kids, and they had a blast in those 1 ft pools. Lol. Enjoyed the more integrated music into this video. Would definitely recommend you to get more B-roll though. Still shots, time lapse, and other shots to help create more cuts and perspectives. You know I love your content, but I think more cuts with different angles will help with pacing, and energy. Also, we would get to see more of you, not just your camera work, and you are the biggest appeal on your channel. It will also give you more options, and less need to write and record as much narration. The property can tell part of the story for you. Again, beautiful work, and can't wait to see more!!!

It’s not amazing. It has a balcony that’s awesome but the hotel caters to low class and is full of gang members. They use the cheapest mgm toiletries and towels available like Excalibur quality. If they kept this Bellagio quality they would have to charge more and would not fill the rooms. They were left with no choice but to cater to low class.

Great video. One thing to add, even though it's MGM, they don't appear to give m Life discounts for the rooms like they do the strip hotels. The rates are reasonable for what you get though.
Great review of the Signature!!! We stayed there quite a few years ago!!! It was very nice but you have a bit of a walk getting to and from the strip. Other than that the Signature was great. Awesome review as usual!!!!

Worked at the Signature at MGM from 07-13. I'm mostly shocked at how little has changed. Be careful at the pools, the travertine is slippery under wet feet. Although I really liked working at this place, it was run poorly. Predominantly by management using it as a step up in the company. This kitchen management was horable, in my years there it went from an overbearing chef to incompetent chef's and became a real shit show!
This is my goto resort! Stayed here when they were still building Tower 3. Beautiful resort! Just reminds me that I need to get back to Vegas soon! Thank you for sharing.

The two is handy if you need the pull out bed. The rooms are nice and big but the extra room is nice for longer stays or more people

Sweet room - monorail view! Love it! Did you ride the old Disney Mark IV monorails in Vegas from MGM to Bally’s in the 90’s? I rode it in 1999.

Thank you so much I’m always blown away at all the knowledge you have on all the resorts and I really do appreciate the fact that you are showing me Vegas through your eyes and teaching me so much about that whole area and I thought this resort was gorgeous and I couldn’t get over how beautiful the room was and I think it would be a very nice place to stay also I was sorry to here that that margarita cost so much but anyways I just wanted to say how much I do appreciate the hard work you do in making such wonderful videos now with that being said peace ☮️ love ❤️ and happiness to you Dani and Eddie and I’ll see you on the next awesome Vegas video peace ☮️ out ✌️

You have to valet???!! When I was in Vegas the valet rates were higher than the room rates! Did you get any flood footage?
No charge for valet. We haven't been out there during the heavy rain.
Footage of the casinos cleaning up and repairing flood damage would make a great video

Worked at the Signature at MGM from 07-13.
I'm mostly shocked at how little has changed.
Be careful at the pools, the travertine is slippery under wet feet.
Although I really liked working at this place, it was run poorly. Predominantly by management using it as a step up in the company.
This kitchen management was horable, in my years there it went from an overbearing chef to incompetent chef's and became a real shit show!
I almost slipped waking around the pool at tower two*. I ended up taking my sandles off because it was so slippery.
