This is one of the few cross-platform games to use the Wii U hardware correctly, the Wii U version is better than the PS3/X360 version in every way, it has better textures, a higher resolution and best of all, it manages to maintain the frame rate stable (one of the points that many Wii U ports like Assasin's Creed Black Flag and COD Black Ops 2 missed a lot), it's a shame that this port was quite troubled and surrounded by controversy due to the internal problems between Nintendo and EA at the time. The PS Vita version, needless to say, is the most impressive, as seeing a 2011 notebook running one of the most beautiful games I've ever seen on a home console was surreal at the time.
The xbox 360 has a higher resolution than the 360 and easily also has better graphics, but the gameplay does mostly stay consistant in the wii u. If you think the wii u looked better, its because you didnt have an hdmi cable. Trust me, the xbox 360 and the ps3 are a totally different experience with the hdmi cable.
1:34-1:41→How interestingly it coincided that in the XBOX 360 version, the police car pulls up only to the traffic light, in the upper left part of the screen, and then in the WII-U version, he has already reached this traffic light and is waiting for the traffic light to turn green, and in the Windows version, he has already driven on. 😃
well, kind of... since the consoles at the time weren't made with the most impressive hardware, they obviously did some loopholes. Playing on my xbox 360 slim, I can definitely say that they used some sort of upscaling or anti-aliasing at a lower resolution to get the 1080p image because when you're looking at any game run 1080p on the xbox 360 you can just tell that it's not a raw 1080p just by the console's pixelated charm... but it is a beauty in it's own way. Also I intentionally don't have my xbox 360 connected to the internet just for the reason that a lot of the games made on it were simply just better on their 1.0 release than they were later on. GTA V is a good example of that. Anyway I hope you understood any of that, have a wonderful day.

It’s also got no moving driver and the roadblocks and cops are nerfed too. There’s only ever 2 cop cars instead of a giant block and no swat vans appear aside from blocking a place in some most wanted events. There’s also ever any parked NPC cars and no NPC stops when you’re in front of them

I only had the PS Vita version and played the crap out of it. Impressive little game for that handheld. Thinking of buying the Steam version when it goes on sale soon and playing it on my Steam Deck. What an upgrade that'll be from the Vita :)
With clean 1080p images, better textures, and smooth 60fps, I think the PC version is unbeatable compared to today's games. Unfortunately, it has not been ported to PS4 or Xbox One and is not backwards compatible with Xbox.

I played the Ps Vita version. I can say the resolution on the display is not suitable for this game. I can't say well the road and curves, or traffic. You can see traffic only thanks to little light in a horrible resolution. And controls are really difficolt. I love PsVita but it's not a console to play this game.
No it’s just PlayStation three only had a handful of games that they were better than the 360 because of the PlayStation threes processor was so difficult to work with during the beginning of the time but later on they were able to tap it out during the end of its cycle so yeah the 360 looks better on most games because it was easier to develop but if the developer takes time and learns the architecture closely they can make it better than the 360 again there’s only a handful of games that can overpower the 360 in many ways
