I agree his comments re starting. There was one locally that was easy to start. On the other hand the same 4cly engine was In the allis chambers ed40 we had and it was terrible.

I have the EXACT same stool hitch on my 135! 😊. Do you have any info about them hitches? They were probably made locally rather than in Banner lane.
