Honey Badger actually I've been doing this ever since the update came it and I bought the car, so far as long as they're heading toward me and not away the missile doesn't miss. If they try to blow me up I use the parachute as a sort of shield
You also forgot that if you put your Vehicle Access to no-one then someone trys the enter they will get tazed

It is for a low level that doesn’t have 10 mil to splash on an oppressor or deluxo I told my mate to get it and use it for businesses he’s loving it but without a bunker he’s missing out on so much

spektryl it’s cheap now but it’s a on the fence argument as it can turn faster then other jets but that explosive cannon is slow as hell.

For those who run out of rockets or it gets stuck in some area just become an MC, click the"return vehicle to storage" option in the interaction menu and just call it again by special vechile and you don't need to wait five minutes and it also restores your rockets. Like so people could see.

Use the jump and air control to lock onto air vehicles.
One of the main benefits is that you can request it at any time, so you basically have a super agile tank that you don't have to call pegasus for. The homing rockets have much greater range than a sticky bomb and unlike the homing launcher it has rapid reload. While stickies may be great for defense this is more of an offensive weapon where you track down your target and obliterate them before they even know you are chasing them.

Shazzkid you can request special vehicles through the interaction menu so long as you don't already have one out. There is a 5 minute cool down on it though

umm is it just me or when you request your special vehicles and it spawns you can not request another one until the previous one is destroyed or you get a new one from your warehouse.. cause the 5min timer dosent seem to go down if my special vehicle is present on the map..

As impractical as it is by today's standers, there's no arguing it's by far the most fun vehicle for police chases. Giving you just enough tools to escape the cops in sticky situations meanwhile causing total carnage while at the same time preventing you from totally ignore the cops which is too easy to do with the other flying vehicles.
I still often pull it out just to fuck around in high speed chases

I for one love this car, it's my new favorite car. The ability to jump off say the free way interchange, and head a totally different direction then the confining roads allow, is quite frankly amazing. If you're the type of person who likes to kill everyone, this isn't the car for you, as said the guns are basically non armor piercing, and thus don't do much vehicle damage, and cannot really be aimed at the driver seat, and it's true that you have no rear or side attack possibilities, and limited rockets.
BUT
If you are a very good driver, are skilled with drifting mechanics, and are aware of your environment, you can easily destroy any normal cars (not insurgents/tanks), and not only get away in spectacular fashion, but even chase down target by using short cuts not normally possible. This is the car for those who truly are gifted on the roads, not the spray and pray casual types. Additionally while eight rockets isn't a large number, its usually fine, you may get destroyed before using them, and to refill just repair at a mechanic(more expensive like a bennies car would be though). The real sadness is you have to wait 5 minutes after someone blows up your car to get it back because it's one of the special cars(unless you go to your car warehouse).
Also side note: if you set vehicle access to say no-one, then if someone tries to open the car, they get affected as if they were hit by a stun gun. Pretty cool. (also has amazing interior and all digital dashboard)

There's a trick where you can get the Ruiner to request like a personal vehicle. Then you only have to wait a minute or so
actually if you want to kill players, you SHOULD own this vehicle, just start up fully loaded and you can take more than 20 rpg's and u have unlimited top tier tracking missiles

If you owned everything in the game, you would be bored in a few days and then end up flying around in a hydra pissing everyone off.
Thats what happens when people glitch and get enough money to buy everything ten times. The game stops being fun.

Fully loaded Ruiner 2000 can take around 25 Oppressor MK2 missiles and 9 RPG shots.

Bought my ruiner a few weeks ago and I like it more than my vigilante. If you bunny hop your nose goes up and its much easier to take down air targets, in fact I've practiced enough to spin the car, jump, and shoot down aircraft that are pursuing me from the back. The rockets are ABSOLUTELY more powerful than your standard homing launcher (And who knows, they may have been buffed since this video came out) and their tracking capability is on par with that of the Oppressor and Vigilante rocket systems. I have the ruiner, the vigilante, and the weaponized tampa, and each one of them has their strengths and weaknesses but if I had to choose one to keep, it would be the ruiner.
*The missiles have really good tracking on cars..* I've been able to lock on and fire one, to have it turn around (the other player was going the opposite way) and hit a target several meters behind me.
The ruiner is useful BUT only in fully loaded
1-unlimited missiles
2-lot of health
3-no need to pay insurance when you destroy other peoples vehicles
4-cant be locked on
5-easy vip job

Hydra aside, this is amazing for taking out other land vehicles. I have one and I LOVE it!!!!
There's only one true hydra killer. All they have to do is unlock it for purchase online, it's unlocked in Kill Quota: The Rail Gun. It has the range and stopping power to take out a hydra.

True. But it's the only thing in the game that can end a Hydra effectively.
The Lazer and Ruiner share two things for sure: They are pretty expensive but still a better investement than a golden airplane
I bought it after getting the discount price from import export missions. on the ground no car can stand toe to toe with it most players are caught by surprise when a rocket shoots out.
The 8 missile limitation is the big failing.
However the tracking is incredible, most notable against pedestrians, not aircraft though, sometimes it will loop a target 3 or 4 times before striking, as opposed to missing like a regular homing missile.
For taking out aircraft, jump, angle, shoot, but its not for that, its for ground targets.
You’re supposed to use the jump to get a lock on airborne targets, and also the missiles are the best In the game
Trust me, it’s a good thing jets can dodge these missles, your figure out why once the after hours dlc comes out.
Actually if you launch the vip work it gives it unlimited missles and very strong 20+ rocket resistance. Me and my friend set 9k bounties on each other and slaughtered the lobby with the mission version ruiner 2000. But if you don't have the money I reccomend hydra or insurgent

Frozen Rider its too OP, the insurgent and the kuruma are each end of the armored spectrum. If you add the duke it would make both of them and every armored car in the game useless and everyone would use it to grief
Shazzkid the duke o death is perfectly balanced in the middle what are you talking about. You can only shoot out the front window of the duke o death and that's also the only window you can get killed from. It takes about 2-3 rockets to destroy it and it's good at ramming cars but not quite as good as the insurgent. I had the duke o death online when the Karuma and Insurgent were out it fit in perfectly and wasn't as easy to grief with as you would think. Let's not forget that the armored executive vehicles also sit in the middle of that spectrum and aren't overpowered at all
Seefido the duke is as armoured against bullets as the kuruma but has more resistance againat explosions. The armored cars in the middle have a bit of armor against bullets and a bit against rockets, but the duke is superior to those.
Shazzkid even if it's better than the others that are in the middle, it's still harder to grief with the duke o death than you think. I've tried

I use the guns as a "kneecapper" weapon. Since it doesn't do a large amount of damage, it's useful for times when you have to keep the vehicle in piece, but disabled. That, and the super tanky, unlimited rocket CEO version is awesome :)
If someone's behind you jump so they drive under you and then fire a missle...... it's common sense

It's a rather pretty car, and I also like the parachute but I wouldn't buy it unless I had over $100 million. I didn't know that you can't use your regular weapons so that's a bit of a turn off for me.

I started to use this car to take down Oppressor MK2s and it's my favorite car
I saved up for weeks to buy the ruiner 2000. No matter what Gta comes out with, the ruiner 2000 will always be my favorite car. Buying the ruiner 2000 has allowed me to become one of the fastest and best stunt series racers in the world. Special stunt series for life. This car is definitely worth it, especially if you're into stunt series.
A faithful Anarchist if you use the fully loaded it can take down hydra and unlimited rockets and great armor

When u active a specific freemode job and using this vehicle is op asf because they cant lock on u but you can lock on them, easy to take out oppressor mark2
I bought it the limited missiles was annoying at first but over time I learned to love this car it is super fun and there are so many things you can do with the hop and the parachute it sucks on offroad and cant climb a hill for your life lol but its super fun and btw bunny hopping helps a lot when locking on to jets because it tilts the front of the car towards the sky

the fact that it blows up with only one rocket doesnt really justifies this price tag. sure if youre really good at timing you can do some damage, but if some oppressor comes around the corner, he will most likely blow you up and you maybe take him with you, as far as my experience goes. i prefer the stromberg when it comes to armored/weaponized cars in vehicle combat. the ruiner should at least take 3 rockets until it blows up imo

We waited a long time from the best Homing Missiles in the form of the Chernabog. Even with the loop tactic the missiles will hit any flying target from I think 1,500 meters. They go so far they can go through buildings.

This is one bad-ass vehicle. In the Ruiner 2000 events it is a blast.The Knight Industries brings back fond memories of David Hasselhoff outsmarting the baddies with his constant companion and defender of justice- KITT. I want one, but it can wait. Someday, watch out suckers cause I might be just around the corner.

I just bought my very own ruiner 2000, so I think it would be cool if you made a "how to kick ass" video for the ruiner 2000 .
I want to point out that if you have a motorcycle club you can return vehicle to storage and request it an infinite amount of times. It will repair and reload the vehicle. The only downside is when someone blows up your car you have to wait the 5 minutes to call it in again, one of my favorite purchases it is a hydra killer if used in the right hands

if u bought ruiner a new vip work will be available its called "fully loaded" and when u start it u will get an armored ruiner 2000 it will take about 20 stick bombs or rbgs to destroy it , it also has infinite missiles I know that is AWESOME

i bought this car and i recommend it if you take advtange of the ceo free roam mission involving it where u destroy limos. start the mission, ignore the mission, pick up the ruiner 2000 and enjoy it because this model will have infinite missle and explosive resistance

I got it very recently.
My hydra experience, it took it out in one nice hit. However it was out of reach but hovering at a close enough range.
Rockets seem to lock on at much farther ranges than what I'd expect and they are quite fast.
CONS: for $4.3 million, you still have to buy 100% armour and bulletproof tyres/tires.
PROS: if you practice, the manoeuvrability is amazing. It's fun to drive.
Would 50/50 recommend it.
If your vehicle is locked and people try to get in they get electrocuted. 10/10 would recommend.
I still dont get why its 5 mil, the vigilante can do everything except for flying and it costs 3 mil

rocket gets old quick because you often have too little control of where your car goes after it jumps into the air. ruiner is for precision drivers who can think fast and out of the box.
that's what makes is fun
Good video, I have the car and like it, I don't use it for helicopters or jet but get out and use homing rockets for jet and helicopter, the car is to easy to blow up, but it is great fun and very useful for bounty hunting.
But do you recommend it now that its 85% off?

To lock onto air vehicles in the air the car can't reach, use the jump and pull the car backwards, or try with the parachute for a small tilt.
I found out when you launched all the rockets they'll refill after 3/4 minutes
