In my opinion, the Ruiner 2000 seriously need a buff to match 2021 standards. The fully loaded ruiner is god-tier, but would be broken in freemode if you can have it permanently. Increase its missile capacity to 30, rather than 8. And either make it able to take multiple missiles like 2 or 3 or disable lock-on from other players.
Not just because it's your first, my bro, it's because Toreador simply is the best! It's the first weaponized submersible car equipped with a quick rechargeable boost that works even on water, and has INFINITE missiles. Toreador is unique and we love it.
For who don't know the Toreador is actually based on the 1967 Lamborghini Marzal concept. And the Ruiner 2000 is based on the Pontiac Trans Am (Kitt) So cool that Rockstar actually added these vehicles to the game.

That's not entirely true if the mark 2 starts the fight and as half a brain cell and runs chaff I'm assuming the ruiner 2000 can take four to five missiles with fully loaded on and the chaff countermeasure last 5 seconds in the mark2 can fire five missiles in 5 seconds but if the ruiner 2000 starts the fight it's going to win 100%

I'm crazy about the Tanks, and when I began in GTA On-line the Rhino was my first vehicle, but 15 minutes later I was frustrated and wanted my money back.
I wish the Ruiner was updated. Not to the Fully Loaded extent, but at least so that its pricetag is justified The Torreador became my armed vehicle of choice :D
@@daniil-f I think the standard model could use a little buff nontheless, because it's become pretty useless when compared to the Torreador or even the Stromberg. It can't take a single rocket hit.. Of course, the ability to use the Fully Loaded should make it expensive, but I think the standard Ruiner could get a bit of armor and more missiles (heck even the Broomstick Mk2 holds plenty of those)

Fully loaded ruiner all it can do is not fly or submerge but the armor is more powerful that a mobile frkin opreation centre almost but defo more than an avenger and kosatska armor

@@talib6928 Rhino Tank exploded with only 4 missiles and Khanjali exploded with 8. If you search for them in Onespot Gaming's Channel you'll find videos proving what I just said, but then, in this video even the Rhino is taking more than the double that Khanjali could handle before.
@@jeandersonbrukon Yet he used a RPG not the car. If you look at up the car ones with the Toreador. It needs to hit them a lot more then a RPG. Everything hits differently is why it takes longer to destroy a tank. Unless it was one of the cars that has the power of the RPG.
@@BlazingAce20 I know what I'm talking about. I Already tested many times while playing, also while confronting Opressors MK 2, Scramjets, Vigilantes and others. Tank is one of my favorite vehicles, I USED IT A LOT and I know what I say: Rhino, Khanjali and APC are different cases where any type of missiles can deal equal damage on them. It doesn't matter if it's RPG, Homing RPG or cars missiles, there's 8 shots for Khanjali and APC and 4 to Rhino. Something is different on the video , that's not normal, but unfortunately my PS4 is broken since December 2020 and I can't enter the game and test tank's amours again to make sure if something has changed about it after Cayo Perico DLC. Maybe Rockstar modified the Tank's resistance as shows the video and I didn't knew about it until now. Once my PS4 is broken I can't confirm, I can't test again, but before that broken shit situation, what I said about their armour was true.
I won the Toreador at the Casino way back, just bought the Ruiner 2000 since its on sale this week but i finally did that because I officially own all the special stunt race cars now..... Aqua Blazer, Deluxo, Rocket Voltic, Stromberg, and now the Ruiner 2000. I almost never lose anyway but now I'ma really enjoy those Ruiner races.
The comparison is actually more of helping for ppl to chose vehicles. E.g. I want to look up if I want to buy the Torreador or the Ruiner. In that case the usage of the vehicle must be compared and if Im owning a Torreador Im gonna use the boost. So its good that they show the comparison with boost, as the owner will use the boost anyways.
