I have had my 350z for like 5 years now, it's just a good car that looks good with good handling. Only thing it really needs is closer to 400hp and it'd basically be a perfect car for most everything.
I can - sadly - confirm the joyride storys at dealerships.. As I was an apprentice car mechanic at an official Mercedes dealership here in Germany, we had an customers SLS for a service. The mechanic I worked with took it for a lil ride with me to heat up the oil and stuff. We went nearly 310kph (~190mph) on the Autobahn. To bad that the customer had a GPS tracker installed and instantly called the shop before we got back. The mechanic got fired on the spot, as this wasnt his first joyride of this kind. Seeing how many mechanics warm up the cars before getting the service done, made me scared to give my cars away. So, a map which allow revs up to 3,000rpm is such a smart idea! Part of the revving problem at dealerships is, that here in Germany, mechanics do get paid by work efficiency (basic paycheck is not so great, but based on work efficiency you get a bonus on top). So it happens very often that cold engines get revved up to like 4,000rpm to speed up the process to get things done asap...

Your car is loud but it's bearable. I got a '08 350z with Injen dual cold air intakes, Berk resonated test pipes, Z1 Y Pipe, and Z1 single exit exhaust. So just imagine how loud my car is.. One of my co-workers said my car is so loud that he heard me like 4 cars behind on the highway, definitely can hear me before you can see me. He was trying to figure out what it was, he thought it was a bike at first until he seen me. 😂 I don't have a tune but I have pops in-between shifts and when I'm sitting idling and rev it up past 3k, it pops too. I can't wait to get a tune either but the sad thing about it is I don't have the cruise control buttons, so that's what really is holding me back. 😂 I like that front bumper too, but I don't know if it'll work with my Z1 under shield?
@@niicks_z Yeah I know I can buy the switch, they don't come in just the cruise control switch, I'd have to buy the whole harness that comes with the audio controls too, which would be useless since I got an aftermarket radio. Apparently the controls are different from the model years, plugs don't match. Then on top of that I'm lazy and don't feel like taking the steering wheel off. 😂 What's your tint setup?

I see you got a mishimoto radiator with stock fans and was wondering do your lower hose hit the ac compressor? I have the same thing but yours looks like it have a lot more room then mines. Unless it’s set up wrong I recently bought the car and it came like that. Thx in advance keep up the vids 💯
@@niicks_zRev it to 6-7k bro and youll get a huge flame. even if you’re driving normal speeds. go up to 50-60mph and let off and tap the gas youll get flames and pops
so do you buy the tune and then send ur ecu out and when you get it back from them you put it back in and then get a email from them with a tune on the app to apply it ?

Because I have a bone stock HR and i swear I be getting all kinds of hate out and about when I’m driving how do you deal with it fam? As someone who drives a Z with modified headers and exhaust, everyone looks and fuck em, let em look and give ‘em a show if you can, if you can’t just get %5 tint and ignore ‘em. I work in an office environment and I don’t care my coworkers hear me pull in and out you drive a sports car enjoy it!
I have a bone stock HR also and i get a lot of attention for sure bc you dont see too many of these on the road anymore. I do hate the variety of cars that come right up on my ass while on the parkway etc its annoying sometimes but i been driving easy for the most part
