The thing about the shoes, they do practice in it during fitting, their main problem that they don't want to encounter is if the stage is just slippery.

The members spoke about the shoes that they have to use doing performances, they had really bad experiences with the high heels, but like the pros they are, they perform at the best and with a smile ❤. I love twice so much

I really love set me free like everything about it is perfect: the song, the choreo, the outfits! Im so excited that im gonna see them in concert this summer in Toronto. This will be my first kpop concert and im travelling from another province to attend. Im just gonna make a whole weekend trip and it's gonna be awesome!
They uploaded the actual dance practices, they're all wearing sneakers and comfy clothes in the dance room. Also in soundchecks. So i don't think they pratice w heels on anymore, they did during Sixteen tho. And probably did it a lot too while they were trainees.
