Ive never spit on any baby or ever thought of it lol, but I have done the spit on the finger, thumb or tissue makeshift temporary spot clean too many times to count. Babies do spit/drool all over themselves all the time, blow spit & snot bubbles lol & do much much worse things. Like spitting up formula thats been in their tummy for a good minute so it's gotten nice & extra ripe all on their face, neck, chest, feet/legs or all/any of the above combo and/or all over YOUR face (occasionally possibly your mouth😖), chest/shoulder, lap or again all/any of the above combo. To summarize, ANYWHERE possible lol. Of course with baby boys if you arent careful they can pee right in your face/mouth/chest, it really depends how you're sitting or standing. But the worst of the worst of the worst that they do is the massive expulsion of diarrhea that not only fills their diaper, but leaks out of the leg holes &/or comes out of the top COVERING their back (and in an even more extreme awful situation it might be all the way up to their neck or very close to it) which requires an immediate emergency trip to the bath (and there is no guarantee that things wont happen while they are getting their bath). So all in all it would be one of the most benign things that could happen lol. If as a baby I was aware of it happening to me along with being aware of all the other things above I think I would be fine with it lol
