Lisa O Neill! Ive just heard you sing 2am in da mornin 10 Nov. '18..your Bobby d Song!! I feel very emotional 'cause u sang so beautifully..so sweetly..about another Poet..an older one than you. One..u wish you knew, when, he..was writing too! Your Song is a..Painting and a Poem..cascading with colours! Thank You Lisa. Roberta aka Bobbie Dublin.
Hope you sing in Seattle someday. Grateful for your voice. My great great grandmother was born in Drumhecknagh, County Cavan. When I hear you sing, I think I hear her singing. Bob Dylan is the inspiration for many of my drawings and paintings. I first heard him singing when I was 13 years old and now I'm 73. I love your song for him. Thank you!
Hi Lisa, saw you last wk supporting DG in Dublin.... I recognised you from a night ages ago in The International Bar in Dublin when you sang your heart out when there were maybe 50 people there....now you're getting what you deserve!! Your songs are beautiful, touching, funny and true. You'll soon be as well known as the guy you were supporting!! All the very best, you're a star. Joe.
Lisa O Neill is an incredible artist! I would rate her amongst the top 2 or 3 great unsigned artists in Ireland! Go see her live if you ever get the chance!
Great job Lisa O. Sent here by Glen Hansard on twitter. I'm one of Dylan's greatest fans. Learned to play his songs in 60's and 70's. Love your imitation of Dylan's Subterranean Homesick Blues, my favorite video. "Imitation is the highest form of flattery" is very true. I hope Dylan sees this and comes to Ireland to say hey.
Reminded of the opinion of another of Lisa's major influences - the late great Maggie Barry - from when she met Dylan (in the 60s I think). Her sole assessment of the future Nobel laureate was that he was 'smelly' :-) Great wee song, not sure how it smells though
Brilliant, just like every other song I have heard you perform. Had the pleasure of meeting you at the Peppercanister in Dublin when I visited from Fife in Scotland. Can't wait much longer for the second album.
imo what shes doing now is as good as bobby d used to(which in my mind is the best stuff, early days, with exceptions for sure), not speaking of volume of course, but time ain't what it used to be and bobby d's pretty old
Lisa O Neill! You stole my heart before, but You went over the top singing a song about My Hero! God bless You! Carry the torch!

Best Irish album of 2009, it makes a welcome change from all those pseudo-indie fly by nights crappy tabloid radio loves so much,
