Just mentioning : The ranking is based on my personal opinion, exp and thoughts, at the end of the day any class can work as a bossing mule, some are just easier than others.

i have 5 bossing characters, 4 of them are the 4 on top of your list and the 5th one is an old main(Adele) that i quit still use cuz it can do high lvl bosses great vid! :D

Knowing what's coming in New Age, a lot of these rankings are likely to change significantly (free oz rings, extra node slots, potentially 6th job burning mules for hlomien or higher). Can't wait to learn more about it

great list hard agree! only diff is id put wa + nw to perfect bossing mule for high dmg + mobility + range + good bossing utility but other than that hard agree and great list!

btw aran is a really strong boss mule, you only need like 1 trio of boost nodes for boss mule and you burst like every 90sec and dps is pretty high too because you have to consistenly attack to get your burst back

The Kain I made just for the creation event ended up becoming the strongest character in my roster (because Xenon nodes suck) so it doubles as a main/bossing mule now and I love it.
Very sadly for Corsair. Definitely too many nodes to focus on. Great video and will keep in tune for more!

Node issues got recently fixed post savior update for Hayato. They buffed frame data for certain crucial skills to make it come out faster. The video starts with Hayato so misinformation can strive people not to make one when he is worth making as boss mule considering some people bring him up to at least lv.200 for legion crit dmg.

I'm heavily considering burning an illium cause I usually play classes with ok - decent mobbing (pally, shad, adele) and I want to experience an insane mobber for once, and I keep hearing illium is insanely good. If you dont mind the playstyle what do you think of the class?
YEAAA illium in small maps is one keyhold full map clear, very comparable to DS TP farm, ppl can leave somthing on the key and gg auto farm f3
its a great class fr, the dmg is p huge too, as i said in the vid im not a fan of the micromangements of illium and having to recast the orb when the boss moves, but besides that yea illiums great

As a DB main, only thing I'd say is of 16:11 I do *not* think DB has easy nodes, assuming you're looking for a perfect bossing trio. With 13 boostable skills, it's actually one of the worse classes to get nodes on. Granted, I went for 2 each of perfect mobbing and bossing trios, but it took me around 1K nodes to get them (at 650 nodes in, I had only gotten one perfect trio - a bossing trio). I do agree that its kit makes it an excellent bossing mule, though!

@@NucleousMaplestory you for sure could! I guess I think of blade clone as pretty essential in the trio especially with the updates and buffs (more damage, no bugged misses, auto buffable without cd). At any rate it's a nitpicky thing to point out; I just thought it was food for thought :)
This is late, but DB bossing gear wise is cheap but nodes are frustrating

i've been looking into bossing mules lately and my question is how do i go about funding these bossing mules. my goal is to have them be able to solo up to chaos root abyss. i can get things like princess noh secondary and root abyss gear from my main. but like everything else, would i need them to have abso? superior gollux? what's the bare minimum? or rather what's recommended to have a bossing mule be able to solo chaos root abyss?
u should be able to solo cra quite easily with like 10k+ stats if u have legion and links,
on bossing mules reinf set is the way to go
Can you make one for "enjoyable mobbing"?
I might make a laziest farmers tier list at some point

noo not arann done dirty like this 😭 give it a chance! Easy nodes (~1 trio), mashing isnt THAT bad (I hope), and adrenaline cycle is only 1m! feels strong and mobile!

Corsair is one of the most powerful classes in the game. Did something change? Did you just disregard the entire class because of nodes?

I did talk about corsair being super strong, and whats coming with it (tons of set ups and micromanagements, which arent comfortable at all as a bossing mule) and sadly yea they also have a node issue so.. it belongs to either "mains" or "node issue"

True! both WA and BM could fit in the perfect bossing mule tier for sure, i didnt put them there because of very small nuances
I thought CM, DB, DS all have bad nodes 15 nodes to get, not sure what you mean by easy?
With easy nodes i mean they are not losing any dmg using only one bossing trio pair (3 skills), and they dont need all 4 of the 5th job skills to be high lvl in order to be good, for example, as a CM boss mule - i would focus just on the Big bullet 5th job skill, and bossing trios. Thats it, all 3 other 5th job skills can be ignored
as a Thunder Breaker main, you are wrong class is super fun and good at bossing.
Fun for you maybe.. its not for everyone since its a combo class and takes effort and alot of pressings in order to play, why boss mule it when some of the other options are lazier and stronger, ofc it dosnt mean tb isnt fun or good - if u like the class, sure
IMO NW should be in perfect bossing mule, it has an also a bind even an extra life and probably the highest DPM in the game and the 2nd highest burst and they are pretty easy to play.
I disagree with the thunder breaker points, thunder breaker is actually INCREDIBLY easy to level to a decent boss mule level, there are numerous maps in arcane river where you can actually hold down thunderbolt+tidal crash and combo both together automatically by pressing and holding shift + Z at the same time if you have a mechanical keyboard. I did this all the way to 250 and it was actually the least effort class I have ever leveled in maplestory.
You don't even need sticky keys for this to work, it's extremely easy to do basically from chuchu all the way into moonbridge using flat maps. Doing the finger destroying ascension + thunder combo for fractionally better exp rates is such a waste of effort and not worth it in the slightest.

i made a TB 2 days ago and its a fun class, its really strong i agree but its kind of tiring to traing with, only complaints with the class
@@maplerlulo995 if you havent reached level 200 yet and you don't enjoy the leveling aspects of a job, dont be afraid to reroll to something more simple to level on, remember leveling is a very big part of the game, so you should enjoy that thing the most. Bossing is important too but you train way more than u boss. Thunder breaker is a great class but as a main it can become tiring for sure. Be sure to try what I said on flat maps and if it's not doing it for u there is always the explorer pirates which are all really great (except cannoneer lol), or other cygnus like dawn warrior or night walker which are super op atm. I burned a corsair and the training is insane, the bossing im still experimenting with tho

I'm not understanding your thunderbolt tidal crash combo. By having a mechanical keyboard do you mean making a macro? Binding the skills to shift and z and holding them down doesn't link the two together repeatedly.
Mercedes feels EXTREMELY easy after playing Blaster. Linking together skills and doing the combos feel reallllly easy
It’s like going from an SS tier difficulty to a A tier difficulty class. Of course it’s going to be easier. But for most of the population, players won’t want to have to learn combos and skill linking just for some meso. If it’s your cup of tea then it’s pretty strong, but otherwise will be lackluster if you don’t combo.

wrong about Evan, class isnt lacking dmg post savior, cannoneer should be in ok/good, Aran is an amazing boss mule it’s burst is pretty much always up, mechanic agreed but you can just hold homing beacon now, Zero not sure its lacking after savior i heard the buffs are big

imo, i dont agree with ur saying Lara has low cd skills, nearly all her fifth jobs skills for bursting are long cd 2-3mins. during cd, Lara lacks dmg so basically really hard to get high dps
3 of her 5th job skills are under 1min cd.. bruh

You can’t burn from lvl 160, you either have to start a fresh character or from 200, in which case you’d lose out on 50 nodestones lvl 5 arcane symbol for vj and one other thing I think

Game is designed for bind and burst so nl is definitely best in that category
