I have a DA boss Mule and it's not bad. All you need is one tri-node (Execution, Shield, Final Attack), max Frenzy/Dimensional Sword, and you're pretty much done. It's like Bucc-lite with high base damage on Frenzy (which is basically just LOTD). The only thing is that you need to have some hands since you can die if you're not paying attention. It's not mechanically intensive at all (basically a one-button class) but you just can't get hit due to Frenzy's HP cut. It's probably C or D tier given the hands requirement and you don't have a ton of sources of crit (which is a weakness of other stronger classes e.g. other warriors like Pally, Hero).
I returned to Maple after a long time and started to play my F/P mage main again. That class might be goated later on, but it really needs much to go off. I wouldn't recommend that as a bossing mule or main char for newcomers, since I still am struggling with that class. (Playing on regular server)
The videos I made regarding TB were done prior to Ignition. I only made two videos post ignition and only one touched on TB's changes. TB is not a bad class anymore, but the big thing to note is "anymore." It was on par with Ark's abilities post-destiny/pre-ignition and much worse than Ark prior to Destiny for reference. My BM solo pre-ignition/post-destiny was ~54 minutes with a black heart (4 set pitched) and was not possible prior to Destiny. It's a perfectly fine class in Ignition, it just falls short in party play.
I'd say Pathfinder is definitely A for lomien mule, arguably S tier. Not from lucid onwards tho. The skill raven tempest can hit Damien while he's in the air shooting his yellow balls, alongside Ancient Astra in the burst form can be aimed upwards to hit him for a pseudo-burst. Binding him after he finishes that attack gives you a total of like 30 seconds of "bind". Also teleporting through the lasers in Lotus is nice.
Y'all are sleeping on Zero, IED is super free, utility is great, multiple stacking binds (3!!), good s, press a button and go invincible while still attacking. Fair to say the damage isn't GREAT but still better than some of your C and D tier classes. Nodes are also pretty rough, but still a lot of upsides. I'd say B, C at worse.

Paladin main here, definitely B tier bossing mule, despite having easy nodes (if i remember correctly, you just need one trio); you lack damage when solo, is dependent on having at least another teammate to get the most damage, and need a lot of main stat to get full divine echo duration.
I don't have one up to Lomien Tier, but Bossing is where Illium shines, but it's still really weird to boss on. It's burst is good and it all has low cooldowns but it's very clunky. sometimes the flight skill just doesn't work properly, and the rest of it's kit follows suit. It also requires a bit more concentration then most because you also have to keep track of your orb which is a lot more micromanaging then it seems. While effectiveness might be really high I would be hesitant to but it anything above B tier if because you can just Lose runs without having made a mechanical mistake.
so what you are telling me i have chosen to take the hardest possible path for boss mules i could by making 4 of the 5 bottom do not make classes by just making ones i liked? ouch
@@Lealaile As a Hayato main I'd recommend only going for Shinsoku on passive nodes only and get Phantom Blade a high lvl (20+) asap! Ignore everything else otherwise you'll node starve yourself trying to get the nodes right. Seriously ignore all passive node skills - except Shinsoku - if you use Hayato just as a bossing mule. If you have these 2 things fixed and have more funds, you can spent more if you want for additional skills/passives.
Wow, they knew almost nothing about the classes they dont use as mules so this tier list seems useless. Like illium is insane bosser and really easy to use for bossing at least. Decent nodes, need 2 trios which is pretty standard. Illium is like the most cracked class in the game dmg wise and have really good survivabillity. Mercedes have a really good kit as well. And both these classes keep getting buffed all the time, they’re honestly ss tier.
@@ahduhm yes i meant 2 sets. For me it counts as two trios when you need 2 sets since its only 2 unique trios so to speak. For the set you just have a duplicate with another skill at the top. But i understand the confusion
Mech becomes way better in savior, 180s burst, 1 boss trio, and no longer have to use summons for damage buff. simplifies the class and 20% buff atleast.

The nodes are bad enough that you should 1000% just use the first two Lash/Impact/X nodes you find and forget about the other 4 skills you'd need for a main (some of the worst in the game), level 25 awakening isn't optional, you're going to grief yourself if you don't really bug the discord before making it (eg low level bane makes you lose damage because it competes with awakening), and the damage is nowhere near as high as the classes it's usually compared to (eg hero). Really the only reason it's not C+ for a 220 boss mule is because crit rate doesn't exist on the class and you can skip the 8k legion/IED line because so much IED is built in, but you really do need to put in 2-3x more nodes than the median class to make it remotely near its potential.
This tier list is pretty disappointing ngl. Would have been better off just making a "Top 5 boss mules" list. More than half of the classes, mainly the ones in the middle tiers, they both said they didn't even know anything about the class. Really could have just said make the classes in SSS (that everyone probably knows already), cuz no one looking for any info on anything outside of that got any insight.

As a shad main, took me a while to learn how to rotate properly skills, and how to manually weave to anicancel. After soo much training my culvert literally almost went up 40%, its insane how important weaving is. I used to believe shad wasnt as strong, but does require hands to maximize dps.
@@thelq382 a lot! It does make a big difference. But takes time to perfect it. Some really good players are hitting around 85+ assasinates per 30s. I think Sticky keys gives like 60+, not completely sure but its huge. If anicancel was removed, most top shads would job change, it would be an insane nerf to shads.

as i mechanic second main i'd have to say that its a really S or SS nlomien boss mules, the leveling is hard if you dont have funds but at the point of 15-16 k stat and if you max just MMB (Movile missile battery), you melt every boss in like 1 min before lomien, ( half HP of every boss till chaos vellum every 30 sec with 1 tap, and not counting the other 2 burst skills that comes every 4 min, that you can time to do nlomien/ akechi/ cpap. you dont need that many nodes, to bossing just need 1 trio, and if you dont get it its fine, the most important skill to boost are missils, the rest ad a little to the dmg output at to 220 you have all the skills you need if you unlock the 2 slots to do rlly good. And the other thing is that on savior they get lots of quality of life things to make them better ( you then can use burst on air, get a flat 40% dmg increase --> 10 % more than having all summons, and you dont have to summon all your robots to get it, just the 1 that gives 15% FD).

Can we just take a minute to acknowledge the stupidity of people fighting for their class to be higher? Smart people fight for their class to be viewed as weak by the community. I know that Hoyoung is a really good main, and a solid enough boss mule, but if anyone asks me, I'm telling them it's the single worst class in the history of the game. If enough people believe you, your class ends up getting buffed.

Great list, but Aran definitely ranks above A. There DPS is S/SS, doesn't need alot of node. Plus have a self-bind, super-stance, and mobility.
