Perfect mechanic, all done professionally, i enjoyed the video, i put another pump on my berlingo second hand one. does it need to be programed in or will it just start up fine on my 2011 1.6 berlingo?
The fuel pressure solenoid is located at the rear of the engine behind the EGR! Pain to get to as you can’t access from below, airbox, and battery tray & battery need to come out to get to it, remove the cable rail attached to the transmission and that gives you access to the pressure switch. 27mm socket to remove it and use of an endoscope to see what you’re doing, as you can’t see it directly.
Good job. How nice it is when you get it to start.

@@brendanmorgan8832 The pressure regulator is located on the injection pump itself. The fuel pressure sensor is located on the fuel rail.
Nice.
