    When i was in High School (many years ago) i was able to get the "Mein" book so i could read it (i'm big into history and just wanted to read it.) I was kicked out of my Math Class because my teacher was jewish (no hate) for reading it during our down time. After that my school stopped carrying that book. But Henry Ford was given a Metal by the Leader of Germany at the time. So yes, his name was dropped.

    4:27 yes Henry Ford was included in Mein Kampf.
    First time watching one of your videos and you left me with a pretty positive impression i would love to see more of your future videos! And also in my opinion Karl Marx won the rap battle he had so many good lines when most of henry's was about marx not being so clean.

      Thanks for confirming that for me! I appreciate your support and comment! In hindsight, I agree with that assessment. Marx did seem more balanced than Ford so that makes sense. Thank you once again for your comment and support!

    Ford wasn't really the "father" of Capitalism - Capitalism had already existed for about a century before his time at the minimum (and you could argue earlier, as the line between Mercantilism and Capitalism is fuzzy). Max was of course critiquing Capitalism before Ford was born! He was really just a very prominent Capitalist responsible for a few major innovations in Capitalism, like the assembly line and mass production, and he was ideologically extremely dedicated to Capitalism and anti-Communist (part of why he was so Anti-Semitic and pro-Hitler, among Anti-Semites it was a common belief that Jews created Communism, and Hitler often framed the Nazis as a primarily Anti-Communist force, which is how he got the support of a lot of Capitalists in Germany and the US alike). Karl Marx was also only one part of a larger Communist movement that predated him, but his writings were so influencial in shaping Communist thought and terminology that I think calling him the "father of Communism" is more accurate.

    Wikipedia has info about the availability of Mein Kampf in various countries. Here's what it says about the U. S.:
    The U.S. government seized the copyright in September 1942 during the Second World War under the Trading with the Enemy Act and in 1979, Houghton Mifflin, the U.S. publisher of the book, bought the rights from the government pursuant to 28 CFR 0.47. More than 15,000 copies are sold a year. In 2016, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt reported that it was having difficulty finding a charity that would accept profits from the sales of its version of Mein Kampf, which it had promised to donate.

    Enjoy this ERB and love learning about the 2 guys who I didn't know a lot about, it's just not quite grabbing me like their best ones do, think partly because I do hear other characters in their voices here more than usual.
    With noting they did put out 2 battles in a December before, think it was the Richard vs Ragnar and the 3 John's ones so maybe an extra Christmas treat to look out for
    For me Marx won, agree with first commenter that there was a lot of focus from Ford on cleanliness, not really hard hits and I did really like the Eminem and Flint bars

    • @ShellyReacts
      @ShellyReacts  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yeah, I am really curious what the next battle will be. I can really see why Marx would take this one as he seemed why more balanced than Ford due to the one-sided "You're dirty" type of bars that Ford was throwing out there. Regardless, ERB caught a W right here with this one! I am excited to see what they have for us potentially later this month! Thank you as always for your comment and support!

    Diego Maradona is a football (soccer..eugh!) player who passed away couple of years ago, super famous worldwide- maybe 'soccer' is something to check out for your channel? Depends on your followers, maybe a poll for your next videos too
