    500g glacê 80ml água, bater 8 a 10min, firme (primeiro ponto, forma picos que não dobra) que é para (guardar fechado na geladeira ate 5 dias para fazer rodos os pontos), o ponto médio para contorno (forma pico que não se mistura) e pobro fluído (para preencher) (os picos nao formam se unem )ir acrescentando água boreifando aos poucos p alterar os pontos
