The social functions on the 3DS, Wii, and WiiU were sooooo cool and fun. I’m deeply disappointed the Switch has nothing even close to this. StreetPass on 3DS was a great way for Nintendo to build brand loyalty. They should’ve done that with the Switch.

I was young when I learned of the Wii Shop Channel and these great free little channels that let people's creative juices flow. I downloaded it one day, knowing exactly how to work it with my pre-3rd Grade mind, and because I had no clue if it would rack up a tab because my Dad didn't install it (I knew what free meant, I was just suspicious). So, as I hit Download and Confirm, I ran up to my Mom meeting with the Alarm System Man saying that somehow for some reason, the Check Mii Out Channel and the Everybody Votes Channel randomly just started downloading. That's how I got the Check Mii Out Channel, I guess.
