Hi Wayne. "Paddle tails only"? You forgot about the soft jerkbaits (xlayer, rais spotter, shad assassin, slug go, sand eel etc...) that can be deadly and in certain conditions they can literally outfish all paddle tails tight lines, and see you in the Bass Lure Open soon 😎
Another great vid - BUT - …………of course we need ALL those lures !!!! What else would we spend our pocket-money on !!?? I notice that some of yours have single hooks. I’ve tried the same thing, sometimes using just two singles instead of three triples - do you notice any difference? I can’t say that I’ve had more on one set-up than another or that I’ve ‘missed’ a take because of it being a single hook. Just curious if you (or anyone else) had an experienced opinion. Another informative useful clip thanks. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Yes you definatley need ALL of them 🤣 As for the singles, me personally? I can tell the difference. I have lost a fair few nice fish with singles on BUT i think singles are better for open coast. I think they both do a job
Water craft first ! If you dint belive me check out a book called " The long boatman" thanks Wayne, always black minnow for me ! And when are you going to go for bass on the fly ?
Great Video Wayne,I've only caught bass on 2 different lures so far this year, the surface irons and espetit. Thanks, Steve.

We’ll see how I get on with just these 4 in the South Coast Bass Lure Comp, I’m still waiting to get my first fish though 😅
If you keep to surface, shallow, metal, soft plastic you have all your bases covered. Colour wise..... thats up to you 😉

@@rickphillips5098 water craft plays a HUGE part!
As for the fly.... its not one of my strongest areas, i think i need a bit more practice first.
North West fish bite best location locked in through weather variant or variables biggest bass caught 22 pound
Now it's madness my creeper bait theory no big billy bass is there u scare him off
And u can lure fish but pompey bass big one is not like little billy so it very kinky this tactic
