Love your videos . As a beginner I have learned so much . Thanks !!
Glad you enjoyed them and that they've been helpful 🙂
Thanks, Chris, I will give that a try.
Just watched the video after a long time away from the vice. I hope that my flys look as neat and tidy as yours Chris. An excellent refresher and beginners video.
Very cool fly! I am a saltwater flyfisherman and I can definitely see this fly in my fly box in proper colors. Halfway during the tie, I noticed a really nice thin profile that would mimic a sandeel. Maybe a bit longer as sandeels go. So, in one fly, I already have a few variations in mind just by adjusting bulk and length of the materials. What a great platform! Thank you for sharing your technique!
Great looking fly....

This is just beautiful. Thank you for sharing your creations.
Great video Chris nice close up and clear. A very easy watch for the beginner or those who make it to the vice only once in a while. Always beneficial that the fly is the star not the tyer. Tight lines mate 😉🎣

I think this pattern can be used for Largemouth bass
Perfect.
Superb job and video. I will do my best to replicate this pattern.

That’s a ton of dubbing. As I live in the US how did you get that much dubbing? Craft store?
Easy, I run a fly Tying business 😎
What all materials were used for this fly. I am new to fly tying and want try to tie this fly
Lovely fly pattern but do you think the EYES last a day of fishing?
Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't, but I don't think it really makes a lot of difference to their effectiveness, I still catch fish without eyes 😉
Hi I love the visa. Just wondering what setup you use or would recommend? Thanks alot and tight lines.
Hi Will, The Vice is a Peak Vice. Probably the best beginner/budget vice on the market. I would highly recommend it.
hi.what hook size would you recommend for trout..thanks..
Hi Probably a size 4. Just scale the fly down a bit to suit the hook size.
What's the best dubbing?
Great sbs video and great products chris ,always find them really useful
Thanks Andrew, much appreciated and I'm glad you find them useful :)
Could you please tell me what brand dubbing you use?
Silver Scales 'X' Dubbing, link to shop is at the end of the video ;) I am a bit low on stock at the moment but more on the way.
Thank you and nice tie
You talk so slow. You must be from Southern England. Cool looking fly.
About as far south as you can get, the Isle of Wight, we're all a bit slow here 😆
Show🏆🥇🤠🥳👏👏👏🇧🇷
